First, Jeff the restaurant manager/Bar tender at the Bellagio Restaurant was our server and he was such a delight. He let me know how delicious the food was and that the salmon was a top dish. Gigi and her team were very patient, kind and hospitable. We had a 2.5 hour lunch meeting. Everyone gave us our space but we're still attentive. The food was delicious. Highly recommend!
I'll be honest, I wasn’t expecting much from the hotel bar, but Billy completely exceeded my expectations. He’s an expert bartender. Rather than just sticking to a standard menu, he customized drinks based on our preferences.
