Coworkers laughing and making fun of another coworker who was the only one who was actually working during a major Christmas rush.Said goofing off led them to only provide HALF of our order. Waste of time and money and very disrespectful.
Customer service was terrible. No greeting and employees held personal conversations while I ordered and waited for food. Something as simple as placing French toast sticks in a bag took way too long due to a lack of focus/care.

2:14 am with my family. The children were starved. This is a rest stop. Computers were logged off, you could tell everything was clean for the morning shift. They set it up so they didn’t have to take anymore orders. The man that looked like a criminal minds Unsub with one tooth, said you can try the comp again as I held my sleeping 3 year old!
