It was already a bad sign when we walked in and the woman in front of us was having an issue And expressed they always mess up her order but she lives so close but she is about to stop coming. Me and my coworker got breakfast and waited 25 minutes for a toasted bagel that was not toasted and tasted as if it never went in the toaster , and turkey sausage egg and cheese muffin that tasted like it had been sitting already and old hash browns. The next day it was on the way and figured to specify and emphasize to be certain the order was right this time. At the speaker it was asked to have the bagel toasted and informed the person taking the order that yesterday we asked for toasted and it was not toasted he said okay pull up I said I wasn’t done and he was rude rushing to take my order no cars behind me or waiting. I asked for cream and sugar and had to add sugar when I got to the job thank goodness they had sugar and had to waste the bagel because it tasted stale ! To put the icing on the cake one thing I don’t play with is hair in my food ! It was a piece of hair baked to my hashbrown that was not mine ! That ruined it for me contacted the store no resolution and taking it to corporate.

I tried this place for the first time, drive-thru and I’m NEVER going back there again. I asked for bacon egg and cheese on “Croissant”, and a medium pumpkin spice latte. They used “Bagel” instead of Croissant..! So reckless.. Ok, Fine, it’s still food and I ate it as I didn’t want to drive back. But the Pumpkin Spice LATTE - is THE WORST..! They either used rotten milk or expired syrup, but omg it REEKED..! Had very strong ACETIC TASTE to it and I had to throw it all out. Such a waste of my time and money. Save yourself the time and trouble and go someplace else.THE LADY(with hijab) AT COUNTER(who also prepared my order) SHOULD GET HER ACT TOGETHER!!

When I placed my order at the speaker, I was asked if I wanted a mix for my dozen donuts not. I was under the impression that mixed meant I was going to be asked what donuts I wanted. I was wrong. Apparently, mixed means assorted, where they give you 1 of each donut. When I got to the window I asked if this is when I pick what donuts I wanted. The employee told me to hold on, and then proceeded to hand me a box of donuts that had been picked by someone else. I asked his manager about me picking my own assortment of donuts and she told me that I have to do that at the window and I can do it next time. I expressed that I did not want the donuts she picked and she did not offer to take them back or refund my money.

Do you put sugar and creamer in your coffee orders? Absolutely. So why do you REFUSE to put honey in the tea order? Because how am I supposed to put sticky honey in my tea while driving? I came through the drive through for a reason. Makes no sense.

The workers here are so sweet and extremely kind. They work diligently and accurately. Can't go wrong with dunkin and certainly can't beat the price. I suggest a strawberry dragonfruit green tea refresher!!
Absolutely terrible serve. First when I pulled up to the drive thru to place my order the person at the window asked how can I help you .. I replied one moment… within 5 seconds he asked again .. I thought maybe he didn’t hear me say one moment a little louder and see they have a camera on top of the drive thru so clearly they could see I was looking over the menu. The male voice comes across the speaker again with in about 8 seconds and says are you ready now ? To which I said just one moment (it’s 930am and a glare on the menu so verifying what I wanted) the male voice comes over the speaker and rudely says there are people behind you. I glance in my rear view mirror and see there are two cars behind me. I reply I am see and I am going to place my order. I then glanced over to see if there was enough room to leave the drive thru and order nothing because that was absolutely rude and terrible customer service. I place my $25 order which they did not deserve. However part of the order was for a sick person and they were on the side of the highway I was on.Whomever is working the drive thru needs serious customer service training I don’t care if I was spending 5 or 25 you don’t speak to customers who are spending money with you that way.
Well it was in afternoon and this was the first time that I stopped there what a surprise they had donuts most of the time around my way they are usually out what a nice surprise donuts in the afternoon ?

NEVER ORDERING HERE EVER AGAIN! After just 2 sips of my iced coffee a strange object was in my mouth. I spit it out and it was a FLY! They made my drink with a bug in it! There are much better Dunkin’s in the area. Avoid this one at all costs.

Horrible! Sat at the drive thru to order for 5 minutes, I finally said Hello? Then it was how can I help you. Placed my order with a very rude woman. Get to the window they ask to repeat my entire order again so I do. They hand me a few things then ask AGAIN what kind of donuts. Get home, coffee has no caramel syrup and the donuts are wrong. I would not complain if this was the first time, but it’s not. Horrible customer service and they just don’t pay attention!!!

This Dunkin location has been my go too since they’ve been built. They’re very quick, always nice and get the order done well. I always use my mobile app to order and have had no issues picking up (both drive thru and instore). Also, they do a great job with their landscaping - flowers are always so nice!
