My husband and I ordered at the drive thru while on the way to the shore. The coffee tasted like it was from the bottom of the pot and had too much cream. The croissants used for the breakfast sandwiches weren’t fresh. We were on the highway and couldn’t go back. We would’ve been better off going to Wawa. Never again.
While the food at this Dunkin Donuts is good, the service at the front counter is unbearably slow. Too many people just walking around, having conversations until they decide to walk up and take orders.
And Mohammed squeezed his teeth.
I had a frustrating experience at this Dunkin’ location. While placing my order, I was trying to make sure my rewards were applied correctly. I repeatedly explained that my rewards had not been used, but the employee continued processing the transaction without addressing my concern.
