Ice cream tastes good when you get it, but if your store closes before 10:00 then it should be posted. There’s no reason why I should be able to walk into Coldstones at 9:45pm with a lit OPEN sign and be greeted by an employee saying, “we’re closed” under her breath. I’ve been here at this time before with no issues.
Ordered pick up got home and realized it was incorrect. I reached out to the store, and they were very friendly, understanding and quick to resolve the issue! Excellent customer service
