The quality is always good. It's a small location so dining in is tight. The service is decent but they are under pressure with the lines so please remember that. They are normally friendly and do their best. The ice cream is delicious and good selection of toppings. Usually a line and short wait. Best to order the already designed combinations and change up a topping or 2 unless u know exactly what u want .. it's quicker that way. The size for the price is decent but...

Person taking our order was so sweet and patient she was also very helpful. The place was clean. The flavors of the ice cream were so good! I recommend the honey cornbread jelly ice cream don’t knock it til you try it!

Update 4/2024. This year (2024) we went back few times, not sure if they are under new management, but the staff was very friendly each time, the lines were huge, but the service and the order prep improved, definitely changed for the better in the past two years.

Their Love It size became more of a Like It and today the marshmallows in the ice cream my kid got were hard as rock, obviously stale. Also we went over about two weeks ago at 2:20pm as their site...
