“Update 4/2024. This year (2024) we went back few times, not sure if they are under new management, but the staff was very friendly each time, the lines were huge, but the service and the order prep improved, definitely changed for the better in the past two years.

Their Love It size became more of a Like It and today the marshmallows in the ice cream my kid got were hard as rock, obviously stale. Also we went over about two weeks ago at 2:20pm as their site showed they open at 2:00, yet doors were locked with employees inside. I called in to ask thought they forgot to unlock the door, but the lady said they’ll open later maybe in half hour… really? Needless to say we will no longer visit this location“

“Ordered strawberry shortcake cupcakes for my husband’s birthday. They were phenomenal. Easy ordering process. She worked with my short order time. Will definitely be ordering from here again. Store is so clean and bright. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I had one of their cakes at a birthday party and knew I wanted to order my next dessert from here.“

“JB Bakery totally saved my son’s birthday yesterday. As we loaded the car up for his 4th birthday party we discovered the cupcake cake we had bought was covered in ants that got in from our house. My Father in Law ran out with a picture of the cake and JB Bakery decorated a new one for us on the spot. He was there and in back in 20 minutes with a new cupcake cake brought in time before the party started. All my son wanted for his birthday was “lots of cupcakes” he didn’t even want presents. I am so grateful that JB Bakery was willing to make him a new cupcake cake with freshly baked cupcakes. They were delicious and the cake turned out amazing. Thank you again!“
