My fiancé and I love Mexican food, and I don’t like it too spicy so I ask for queso on the side. Never a problem. The last couple of times our waiter was “E”. An attentive young man who remembered us. He is putting himself through college. He’s a former high school wrestler (we are huge Penn State wrestling fans!) so we enjoyed talking with him. It wasn’t busy in the bar but we primarily watched the Phillies game on TV, had a good dinner (beef chimichanga and spicy...
