Everyone seems to work well together, the food quality is consistently good and the store always has unique holiday items for the next occasion. The holiday food packages are also well received by our family which makes the cooking preparation much easier. They are always willing to find he item you are looking for as well.“

“My wife and I are on the #eatjersey challenge to visit & have a meal in all 564 towns of NJ. We chose the Manila Cafe for Mt Laurel, our 116th town.

Manila Cafe is a traditional Filipino grocery store & restaurant with turo-turo ("point-point" in Filipino) style counter service where you point at what you want.

The pancit and pork sisig were great. But the real reason we stopped by was the craving for some halo halo dessert after an unusually warm & sticky September day! Masarap! We also picked up some awesome ube flavored polveron cookies that aren't easy to find, even at other Filipino stores in the state.“

“I’ve been going here since the place opened, and it’s easily the best place in Mt. Laurel. The owner, Gus, is a fine gentleman and very personable. Very enjoyable atmosphere, and that’s before you try the food. In the 20 years I’ve been going there, I’ve never had a bad meal! Everything on the menu is great, not good, but great! I HIGHLY recommend these guys!“

“My family brought me here for the 1st time to celebrate my birthday. Beautiful place with delicious food and cozy atmosphere but when I went to my car I realized that I forgot my gift bag and card (with a gift card inside) that my children gave me there. I went back to get it and the table had already been cleaned. I asked my waiter about it. He went to the back and came out saying he couldn’t find it. After about 10 minutes the manager came out with just the card(out of the envelope with no gift card) and said this was all he could find in the linens. I left very upset . I asked him to check the cameras. He called me back a few minutes later and said he found the gift bag. I went back in to get it but still no gift card! I continued to ask him how the card came out of the envelope? He stepped away again and came back with the gift card. Told Me he threatened the staff with the cameras! Very disappointing!!“

“I don't normally write a review, but I feel like I must. I have been going to Mango's cafe for a little over a month now and I must say that I really enjoy the food especially the oxtails. The service is wonderful, and staff are amazing and are always nice and friendly. Not only to me, but everyone who enters the restaurant. Again, if you have not visited this restaurant, please do and all the food is amazing, but you must try the oxtail which is my favorite.“

“Had Roshni and Miranda from the mount laurel nj location (centerton square) waiting on us tonight. I had a bowl and my husband had a giant sandwich. They were very delicious. The both of the ladies were very happy, nice and professional. We ate in and they both had a nice conversation with us. We will definitely be returning again. Thank you ladies“
