i’m not sure why they offer mobile order ahead when they give you attitude about the time you placed it regardless of if its 5 or even 10 minutes later for pickup . i love starbucks but i will be avoiding this location from now on due to employee attitudes.
I stop into the Starbucks on Centerton Road every day, and the staff here sets the bar. They’re incredibly responsive, genuinely friendly, and always make you feel welcome. The coffee is excellent, made fast, and always with a smile. The shop has a comfortable atmosphere and is one of the best-run Starbucks locations around.
The store managers Alexa and Ashley went above and beyond to help me today with a Limited Edition Tumbler my daughter was asking for Christmas. They deserve to be recognized! They are not only an asset to Starbucks but also to the community that they serve! Thank you for your kindness!!!
