Charge my credit card fraudulently and the front desk clerk hung up in my face. And I will no longer be a Hilton member because of this situation. Charges to my credit card even though I wasn’t there. The customer service team is very ignorant and unprofessional. I’ve been a honors member since 2008. I will not be disrespected after you charge my card fraudulently. Now I’ll go through the consumer protection process to file against Hilton.
