Hotel was nice but two things were difficult to deal with: 1) all the doors slam shut and you have to listen to this early morning and late at night. 2) you can hear everything going on in the rooms next door and across the hall. It’s a very noisy place.
As a Hilton Honors Diamond members, I like to stay at different properties across the Hilton portfolio. A "me" weekend in the area brought me to this property. As is customary with most HH stays, I checked in digitally and chose my room the day before my arrival. I stayed at this hotel just last weekend for my youth hockey tournament, it was very nice. The entrance was clean and neat. Check-in was easy and didn't take long, they also had free cookies out on the check-in desk which were very good. The room was clean and neat. The beds were comfortable, my only complaint is that the pillows were very soft and I personally like my pillows to be a bit more firm, it wasn't a huge deal but if your like me and like pillows to be more...
