The After Char-Broil Grill & Ice Cream

I was so excited to come here! I haven't been in at least 15 years. It is everything I remember! Great chicken fingers and onion rings!

Friendly staff & a tasty burger for a decent price.

Good food and the ice cream was good.
A little odd how they do the ordering but I wasnt bothered by it just took a while to get service because I wasn't familiar.

I was not impressed even a little bit. The food was not good. I have passed this place for years. I finally went in. I will not return.

I usually don't like leaving bad reviews about local businesses for various reasons, but im honestly just getting really tired of all these small businesses dropping food and service quality and relying on being a local institution to keep running. I mean, this isn't even unique to the after, but its just the most recent in a long chain of experiences I've had in the area lately. I got a pretty simple takeout order for 2 and get home to find out half my order wasn't even included. Girl who took the order sounded like she didn't want to hear my voice which is probably why my food was missing. But anyway the food we did end up making it home with looked like it just got dipped in a glass of water and tinfoil jammed on it and tossed on top of each other in the bag, man. youre busy, is Saturday evening. I get it, but I mean i work hard for my money, too. Why would i wanna buy that? Been eating here periodically since i was a kid and I've never had a problem. I hate writing bad reviews about local businesses because i get it, we are all neighbors. But I'm honestly getting pretty tired of people selling shit to their neighbors.

Great place to stop in for lunch and a milkshake. Workers are super friendly and the atmosphere is a vibe. I order a pizza burger with fries every time.
