Party of Three, made the wrong order for one, told we'd have to wait 20 minutes immediately . Zero discount, never ask if we wanted anything else or if the food was good. Place was only 1/4 full.

We had an amazing experience thanks to our server, Juan. His customer service was truly top-tier. He was incredibly sweet, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. It’s rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond the way he did. Thanks to Juan, this was by far our best experience at an Applebee’s. He deserves all the recognition, and we’ll definitely be coming back because of him!

Disappointed with the staff tonight… Our waitress never checked on us once to see how our food was, when it was brought out we asked for another drink and no drink was brought out and then after sitting for 15 mins eating she quickly walks by and goes “need a box” after not asking how food was and never bringing out drink, service was not good tonight

I’m loyalty costumer from here but I’m very disappointed today, I did an online order and it wasn’t ready but it’s fine… I wait but the food came literally cold I just hope the next time it will be as always

We've been here several times, being locals...and usually it's ok. This latest time was not OK. Ordered pickle fries, and it showed up looking like a collection of other tables' leftovers. Barely warm. Ordered entrees...my dad and my fries were cold, and my wife's entree was barely warm. Waiter had to know all of these things and didn't seem to care. Ordered a round of water, waiter served the tables around us first (who ordered after the water order) and almost grudgingly got the water out after 10 so minutes. Manager was nowhere to be seen in the place. Host at the door didn't seem to care either. Gotta light a fire under this crew, overall vibe is we don't give a crap.

HORRIBLE DELIVERY, NO SILVERWARE. NO. NAPKINS , THEY FORGOT THE BEVERAGE, THEY 1 HOUR AFTER WITH EVERYTHING AND THE FOOD WAS COLD
