Omgosh. We just moved to the area and ordered for on a Sunday. What a disaster. They said an hour ago it was going to get delivered, it didn’t show. I ended up trying to call, and no one answers. This is so disgusting for an establishment to not even answer. The store is 5 minutes away nonetheless.

This location is unbelievable. My family lives maybe 15 minutes from the store. Only a select handful of times have we gotten our food quickly and it’s been hot. And it’s always the same delivery woman when that happens. We have had to call in the past and have gotten nothing but grief from them. We received a sandwich that looked like it had been placed in the box and the box was violently shaken. They wouldn’t refund our order or even remake the food. We keep giving this place chances and we regret it every time. Well tonight we ordered about 5 things. I placed the order at 7:09. It said ‘Atif has left the store at 7:23’ and it didn’t show up till 8:15. Apparently we aren’t the only ones who have had a problem with this specific driver. And then once the food arrived, we had an extra item and one of the items was completely missing! Every-time we tried to call the location, it was answered and then we were immediately hung up on. A member of my family had to drive to the location to get the item, what’s the point of a delivery fee if it needs to be picked up anyway?? So unbelievably unprofessional and overall just a horribly run restaurant/chain location. If only the Ledgewood one delivered to our town. So frustrating.

Every time I order from this place these delivery drivers cannot figure out how to use a GPS the person who answers the phone barely speaks English and can understand. Waiting around for 40 minutes the driver finally calls me doesn't know my address I give it to him again he doesn't call me back it's been 40 minutes since I've heard from him I canceled my order most horrible Domino's

Charge a delivery fee plus tip for the driver end up paying double for your order, and they take almost an hour to deliver my pizza, making countless other deliveries before coming to me. Today is the last day I order anything from this place.

I’ve been using this dominos for about a year now. Never had any problems until today. I order - few items and I like 5 mins from the location says my gps. The tracker said the guy left at 2:16. It’s 3:07 and I’ve called 4 times only for them to hang up instead of answer the phone. I don’t under What the problem is. This is not professional. Why can’t the business answer the phone or are the ignoring it because my number is on the order I still haven’t received smh. Either way I’m very disappointed.

Placed order on app and waited 46 min for it to be ready. When I went to pick it up they were literally too stoned to understand me. Got home and opened the pizza boxes to find out one pizza had cheese and pineapple... No sauce.. no other toppings, and the other pizza was covered in mushrooms. Tots were burnt. $50 wasted.

Pizza was really good—hot, fresh, and made just right. The crust now stuffed crust was perfect, and the toppings were generous. Only downside? They forgot to add pineapple on my order (Yes I like pineapple in the pizza). Still, great flavor and solid service. Would definitely order again, just double-checking next time!

I ordered a pizza on my app and when it said the driver left the store at 2:18pm (which I live maybe 10mins away) and I never received it. When I called the store I was on hold for 10 mins and no one answered.

The worst delivery customer service experience in my life. I've never been so infuriated at such a lack of care for the customer. My order contained an undelivered drink, with the store only taking 4 minutes to get to. They said they would return immediately. I called 30 minutes later to find out why it was taking so long and the delivery driver was still at the store, the person who answered was short and unapologetic, overall quite rude. They only told me that the delivery driver was leaving to deliver the drink. The drink never arrived despite 2 separate employees assuring me that it would. I will never order from here ever again. By far the worst Domino's i've ever had the misfortune to order from.
