Super disappointed by the staff. This particular Dunkin is the only one I’ve ever had problems with over the years, and it’s disappointed on multiple experiences. The donuts are always dry and lack luster when compared to other locations, the coffees are never consistent, and the staff in general is just not very friendly. I won’t be giving this location anymore chances and will drive a little further down the road for a better experience at the Dunkin in the Village Green Plaza.

Rude! Placed a mobile order, walked in to use the restroom and I hear a female say, “I hate when people come in just to use the restroom!”….when I came out of the restroom, she simply looked at me and then proceeded to speak in another language with her coworkers. No hello, no thank you. Just rude and STUPID to not realize some people place mobile orders and then use the restroom. First and last time there.

There is this lady that works here who was outright shaming a new young employee. Simply disrespected and embarrassed him for being “too generous” and not preparing the food how he was taught. The employee did nothing but add two extra strips of bacon. She’s an older woman with a pinched expression. I’ve seen her here multiples times before, she always has a very angry tone and expression and her customer service is HORRIBLE. She’s disrespectful to employees. I don’t appreciate the uncomfortable atmosphere she created for customers and employees all around.
Newly renovated store that is always kept clean. The food prepared on site is prepared well. In the rare event a mistake is made, they're quick to own it and make it right. The staff is why I return with my kids every week. They are always so polite and friendly to my kids.

I used to like this place, not anymore. I didn’t like the service we got when we were at the register. I felt he was upset. On the other side, the teenager who gave me my coffee was very polite and courteous. Just because of the teenager I gave 3 stars, if it wasn’t for him it wouldn’t be even 1 🤷🏻♀️

Rude!
