Employees Always taking to each other and not paying attention to what im sayin my order is people here are incompetent and the staff needs to be changed I’ve been waiting go 5 min for them to make my coffee when they stood around talking terrible location to go wouldn’t recommend

Super disappointed by the staff. This particular Dunkin is the only one I’ve ever had problems with over the years, and it’s disappointed on multiple experiences. The donuts are always dry and lack luster when compared to other locations, the coffees are never consistent, and the staff in general is just not very friendly. I won’t be giving this location anymore chances and will drive a little further down the road for a better experience at the Dunkin in the Village Green Plaza.

I'm sorry but the woman who works the register in the morning should rethink her career choice. She is rude, pushy and just doesn't listen.
Rude! Placed a mobile order, walked in to use the restroom and I hear a female say, “I hate when people come in just to use the restroom!”….when I came out of the restroom, she simply looked at me and then proceeded to speak in another language with her coworkers. No hello, no thank you. Just rude and STUPID to not realize some people place mobile orders and then use the restroom. First and last time there.
