These people just left me out in the cold at 5am. They let us in, we placed an order and then they told us we have to go outside with the order because we can't consume inside.
That lady who waited on us should feel really bad. Very bad service.

The people here are the most incompetent workers I’ve ever seen the past 3 time I’ve gone I’ve had issue where the person at drive thru doesn’t know what donut I’m ordering even though I’m trying to be as clear and patient as possible. I asked for a plain donut with chocolate frosting and got a chocolate donut and normally I’m like whatever but it’s happen 3 times now so I had to write this review cause I was fed up not getting what I ordered

I always ask for a coffee for my mom and I always ask for a sweet n low on the side and they ALWAYS forget. I use to work at Dunkin and there is a button that says "sweetner on side" so they won't forget, but they do anyway.
When I came back to fix my croissant, their were many flies...one kept landing on my face...Me giving 3 stars is generous of me...manly because the rest of the dunkin's around the area closed due to bad working conditions and rude staff...so I manly gave a generous review due to the fact that I need somewhere to get my mom's coffee.

Stopped in this horrible D&D on my travels home. Ordered through the app for drive thru. They were lost and confused, sent me off with half my order. Then, I had to go back through drive thru again to get the rest of my order. All the glazed donuts / munchkins and Boston cream donut thrown into one bag which caused the chocolate to get all over the glazed donuts. Very sloppy and tasteless items. Turkey sausage, egg and cheese looks amazing- was eating straight up cardboard. Gross. I do not recommend this place.

This was the worst experience ever at a Dunkin. Ordered Boston cream which the girl, who told me she doesn’t eat donuts and knows nothing about them, put the donut chocolate icing down in the bag. When I asked for another one the other work handed me a new donut and wanted to put it in the same bag which was a mess not to mention the other donut in the bag was a sloppy mess. No apology nor did he even look at me while doing it.
Did not make my coffee the way I ordered it. And the coffee roll was stale. And it was not ready when I got there and there was only 3 customers in the store and 4 employees. I did a mobile order and they had plenty of time to get it ready.

I have been coming here every day for almost a year and half. I come in every morning and order all my co workers coffees. It seems like every morning there is something wrong. I ask for one pump of a flavor and they give me three. I order a donut and they argue with me that I didn’t. I spend enough money here I wouldn’t like about a 2 dollar donut lol. I love coffee and I love some the people here, it’s just every morning there is something wrong with the order. I feel like people are to distracted here. Instead of listening to the person who is ordering they are talking to someone else. Maybe if people weren’t so distracted the order would be right. I will sadly no longer be coming to this Dunkin anymore, they messed up the wrong persons order and now they do not want me to pick up coffee from here anymore. I will miss some of you. I hope it gets better.

This place is so rude. I drive out of the way when I want to get Dunkin as they do not know how to treat customers and the manager is an absolute rude mean lady who does not care about anything. The male manager is nice but whatever woman supervisor does not know how to treat people which is wrong in customer service. They also mess up my order 80% of the time and I have respectfully mentioned that the service sucks and was told “that is not something you just say.” A literal 15 year old is running the counter acting like an entitled brat. As all the other employees stand around cursing because they’re children. The very few amount of people I have seen work really hard but multiple times I have witnessed them getting yelled at by the female manager because she is rude and obviously racist. This place went downhill even more than it was after renovations.
