America has been weened on McD's. It is about time we stopped going there for their miserable service. Whether it is their refusal to put more than one drink in a tray or their getting the order incorrect, it is not worth going there for the aggravation. You constantly have to ask for things that should be given out for an order or check the contents of the bag. They should pay me for the Q&A that I have to do on every visit.

Ordered food for my boyfriend to go pick up and when he gets there no one speaks a lick of English. What should have been a relatively easy task could not be completed, and I say this because I myself deal with people as a customer service worker and at least have basic point of service training.

As someone who works in food service the treatment my mother just got in the drive threw was not ok at all . some guy was being very very rude and trying to rush her through when she was being very nice.

Ordered 30$ breakfast through mcdelivery only to have the driver steal my food. After going through the process of getting a refund through Uber eats I tried to reorder but was told I had to show up at the store in person. I called the store and asked if it was possible to be able to reorder the breakfast through mcdelivery considering the circumstances and was told no. Pretty ridiculous that the have absolutely no care whatsoever about the customer or the fact that the third party they chose to deliver failed to make the delivery.

Third time I come to this location around 7am and employees are in the restaurant and no service in the drive thru and doors are locked. And not one employee has the decency to let you know they are not serving for whatever reason.

This McDonald’s was excellent . The food was hot the restaurant was spotless and the workers were awesome . Definitely good !
I got to this mickey D at 7am and ordered two sandwiches through my app. and I CLEARLY indicated as TABLE Service and the girl? manager? Mary put it on the pickup vin. and not telling me anything. I waited for a few minutes and I went up to the girl asked about my sandwiches. and she said that it is here pointing at a bag... and I've asked "why is my food here?" and she said "I'm by myself" was the answer.
The ticket indicated that table service but she still put my food in the bag, located them in the pickup vin. which I had no idea, and not even telling me. mind boggling. some people don't try hard enough.
