Haven’t been to a Panera in several years. Good value. Nice staff. Grabbed a loaf of artisan sourdough… super crusty… chipped a tooth. 🤦♀️
I just wanted to drop a review to mention that since Panera switched to Door Dash delivery, there's been so many problems and it's not the store's fault. My $40 order just magically went missing and I called Door Dash for them to ask me 'if I checked.' Um. Duh I checked?
Then they said the driver had tried to contact me. Okay, show me where in my call records that was.
