Every time I get food from here, they ALWAYS manage to forget something. The food is really good but if I order a soup, I’d really like the bread that I chose to go with the soup. Last 3 times no bread! About to start going to a diff location at this point.

Ugh 😑 you’d think after a long day of work, the perfect night consist of picking up dinner and watching television while you indulge right ? WRONG! I don’t know what it is and why I continue to give this place another try but they always seem to disappoint. I order the ; You Pick 2, Mediterranean veggie (no tomatoes) Greek salad (no tomatoes no olives) oh, let’s not forget I wanted a large green read papaya drink, but to my surprise the young lady informed me that they had no large lids and didn’t even try to compensate instead she asked if I wanted it with no lid ?! lets be clear while driving ,ordering at drive thru smh a mess waiting to happen. I looked past that and settled for a regular sized drink instead. When I got home after getting comfy I opened my sandwich and salad and the most important part was missing ( FETA CHEESE) on both the sandwich and salad which both comes with both selections as an ingredient. Totally killed my freakin vibe because the main ingredient that makes the sandwich even more delicious wasn’t even added on there. A word of advice if you don’t have an ingredient that compliments someone’s order TELL THEM AND OFFER AN ALTERNATIVE DONT JUST ACT LIKE ITS OKAY PEOPLE PAY AND EXPECT WHAT THEY ARE PAYING FOR AS A WHOLE. Of course I called as usual no answer so that’s what lead me here hopefully someone pays attention . It’s always the same issue over and over and over something is always missing or messed up when it comes to an order!! please do better !! You won’t be seeing me next time !

Weird that they don't open until 8 am on Sunday. I've never seen a Panera that had different hours on Sunday. They probably have very few customers at that time, except for me.

Ordered a barbecue chicken sandwich and this is what they gave me.. I asked for extra barbecue and got none! Everyone who works here is incompetent.. it’s not rocket science to make a sandwich, do better omfg. There hasn’t been a single time this year they made my order correct.

I like going to Panera to meetup with a girlfriend. We were there for 3hrs chatting and nobody bothers us. Food is generally the same with other cafes. I find it on the expensive side though. I only had a salad and a lemonade and paid $15+ including taxes. But like everything else, prices for food and service had skyrocketed. Nonetheless, I will still go back there. 😊

I order usually rapid pickup every time when on break and every time I do it’s not “rapid” I spend half of my meal break or more waiting for my food. A simple sandwich and coffee. Service while nice is slower then any other service I have seen in my life

I have ordered rapid pick up from this location a few times and they always manage to mess something up. Items are either missing, or prepared incorrectly. Highly recommend checking your order before leaving... even check that your sandwiches are prepared correctly.

My partner and I stopped here for dinner to go. We ordered two sandwiches and a bag of chips. My only complaint would be the garlic aioli...it wasn't as garlicky as I would have liked. My partner would say that's good because I love to eat raw garlic. Never once had an issue with vampires or smell.

I don’t remember Panera being this bad pre-Covid… the quality has gone down significantly, while the portions are pathetic. Even the cookies are like rock hard and stale. I miss how they used to be. I also always get sick after I eat here

Been a Panera fan from quite a while. But I have been going to this location for more than an year now, and it keeps disappointing: 1. Quality: 50% of times my stomach will go bad after eating at this specific location. 2. Readiness: The aap says "ready for pickup", but it never is. Trying to trick the system to improve their Turnaround time KPI probably.
