Slowest service ever! This is the second time in this location and first time I thought it was just a fluke but the second time same thing happened. We waited for the food for 30 min and the food got cold on the counter because we weren’t buzzed or called to take it!

Service is getting worse day by day. Orders are never fulfilled on time.

Constantly screws up take out orders. Always something missing. It's like they don't pay any attention to the orders and just shove things willy-nilly into the bags without double-checking if the order is fulfilled. And by the time they hand it to you your bag is sealed so you presume it's complete but by the time you get home you find out you've been robbed.
Would not recommend, go elsewhere.

As a person who frequently many Panera Bread's this was my first time at this one. It was very clean, modern, and welcoming. Even for lunch on a Friday it wasnt too crowded and I was able to get a comfortable table. My food came out fast and correct and the bathrooms were very clean. I would definitely come back! It also offers outside eating and drive thru.

Great service and Love Melissa!
Came into this Panera early in the morning to pick up some pastries for a business meeting. I was greeted by Melissa, who was kind, had a smile on her face, and had contagious joy that was very much appreciated at 8 o’clock in the morning.
I decided to purchase a loaf of sourdough bread for myself personally, in addition to getting the pastries, and she was knowledgeable and very helpful in suggesting that the bread not be sliced because it was freshly baked, but leaving the decision up to me. She also continued to give me a bag for the bread, but leave the end open and supply me with a twisty tie, so that the heat from the freshly baked bread would not get trapped inside.
I very much enjoy eating at Panera, but I understand that it is a franchise and a corporation - you don't expect or get certain things. Melissa made me feel like I was at one of my small town bakeries.

My husband & I just picked up breakfast sandwiches to eat on our way. He ordered a ham egg & cheese on a ciabatta roll. When I opened it, there was no egg on it. At that point we were easily 5 miles away. I do commend the young lady at the register for getting us hot water for our tea instead of making us wait for the missing urn. This was our first & last time to get breakfast there. We will stick to lunch.

This place does not offer any deals for veterans on Veteran's Day, while other places offer free meals. Not so veteran friendly at this location, at least on Veteran's Day.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Skimp amd screw you on bread. 2 pieces of bread when you pay $30 for 4 soups...seriously. and on top of it the well trained employee working put croutons right into the soup even though it was to go.....you'll get better value from any other restaurant in the area
