Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

It's A Rita's so you will get exactly what this franchise has to offer. Unfortunately, the parking gear is completely ridiculous! It's probably one of the smallest parking lots I've ever seen in my life. Maneuvering just to get in the parking spot alone can be a chore.

It's a good local spot, considering the hassle of the parking when it's crowded, you may just be better off going to the trade zone for the Ritas there.

Awful customer service. Ariana should be fired. Rude and nasty

This Rita’s stinks. The custard is over churned almost like butter, the girl who works there with dreadlocks calls you “dude”, “bro”, the orders are always wrong, every time they open the window to take your order it smells like
musty mold. Your business is at its height in the summer, get it together! All the Ritas in the area are shutting their doors, I see this happening here next! So sad….

Great place good ice cream

The team there is always professional, courteous a, and kind. Definitely 5 stars.

Unfortunately, our experience at this Rita’s location was disappointing due to the poor customer service. The employee behind the counter, Arianna, was incredibly rude from the start. She rushed my husband while he was trying to order, and when I politely asked her to repeat herself (as I’m slightly hard of hearing), she rolled her eyes dramatically and responded with noticeable attitude.

When we received our custard, I kindly asked for a bit more sprinkles, and instead of a simple “sure” or “no problem,” she gave me a nasty look, snatched the cup from my hand, and rolled her eyes again. After handing it back, we still said “thank you” — to which she gave no response and immediately turned her attention to the next customer without any acknowledgment.

Customer service really matters, and this interaction left a bad taste in our mouths. Hopefully management sees this and takes steps to improve the staff’s professionalism.

Service was so incredibly slow we left.

Good selection of iced and frozen custards. Perfect for warm weather. But unfortunately, like everything else, it is getting expensive....$15 for two concretes....

Staff are always friendly and very patient with customers, the only issue I have is with the parking lot. The spots are a tight squeeze to back out of and I've seen cars have to reverse out onto Sussex which is very busy during rush hour/night. (nothing against the establishment or staff)

Great product! Friendly staff and owners. An all-around fun experience. Get the mango vanilla gelati. You won’t regret it.

I love Rita's custards!!! Every time I visit NJ, this is a must stop. The flavor, creaminess, toppings are just perfect. The service was excellent. I had birthday cake custard in a waffle bowl, topped with wet walnuts. Perfect combination.
