We have had food delivered numerous times in the past and now all of the sudden they won't deliver to us. The gentleman that answered the phone told me they wouldn't deliver here because it was 17 minutes away and they would only deliver in a 5 mile radius. When I told him that we just had food delivered to us the previous week he then said well we only have one driver tonight and they were a little busy. This is terrible customer service and we will be taking our business elsewhere which is such a shame because we really like their pizza.

After a long day of traveling, we stopped at Vincenzo's for a quick bite. We ordered fried calamari and several slices of pizza which really hit the spot. Service with a smile and very good food!
Like to order from there, I use Slice application and they are not in the program for rewards. ?

I have lived here for years since the new ownership took over and the PIZZA AND FOOD IS HORRIBLE IT WILL MAKE YOU SICK…they forgot to include mozzarella on a sandwich I ordered and the woman I spoke with who is manager told me she didn’t care and told me she wouldn’t provide a replacement or a refund and told me to “screw off”. I HAVE LIVED IN 4 COUNTRIES ON 3 CONTINENTS AND THEY ARE THE RUDEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER DELT WITH IN MY LIFE IN ANY COUNTRY AND I GOT REALLY SICK FROM THEIR FOOD !!! AVOID!!!

I really don't have any negatives. I ordered the sausage Parmigiano dinner. The garlic bread was not the way I would make it, but it was OK. The sauce was good, the sausage was good and everything was presented well. The salad and the house dressing was good! Seems like it's a family run operation, we need to support that! Support thier business, I don't think you will be disappointed.
