To whom it may concern:
I've been in this business for a long time and have seen a lot, but I feel I should speak out about what I've noticed at your Wendy's.
The general manager does not treat employees with respect. I've seen her raise her voice, yell in front of customers, glare at her staff, speak badly about them to others, and generally come across as rude. This leaves a bad taste in the restaurant's mouth, both for the employees and for customers like me, who are only there to eat.
I'll be honest: if I were one of those employees, I wouldn't want to go to work with her or I would arrive feeling discouraged by the treatment I receive. This is not how a restaurant should be run.
A manager should lead by example, with fairness and respect. What I've seen is the opposite, and it hurts employee morale and the customer experience as well.
I hope this issue is taken seriously and corrected. Good people don't stay long in a place where they're treated badly, and customers notice these things more than you might think.
On top of my own experience, I’ve also seen comments from other people about this store, and several mention how rude she can be in the way she talks to or even looks at customers.

(Went back again and got the same results) Just got a number 2 baconator, lettuce tomato onion add on. I got one onion, one half piece of lettuc, and literally one bite of bacon, no sauce. I paid 13 dollars a for small meal no JR. When i got my stuff i asked for a straw and was told that i must order a straw when i order my food which is just outrageous lol.

This location has the rudest staff I've ever seen, heavy sighs, eye rolls, and practically threw the food through the window because mobile orders apparently trigger them. The food in the bag looked like it had been through a wreck! Do Better in training decent employees! It may be fast food, but people still spend their money there, and that entitles them to decent service! Won't have to worry about me patronizing this awful establishment ever again...hope you close!!

do not order the chicken sandwich. i can guarantee you they either don’t have the temperature of oil high enough or they aren’t leaving it in the fryer long enough. every time i go to this wendy’s the sandwich is under cooked and even the nuggets sometimes and if u go in the later hours, forget about it because the manager in charge is blind, i just wasted money on food that wasn’t even cooked or a burger that was dry as the Sahara.

I haven't been to a Wendy's in many years. We stopped by here on the way back from an event and we needed to eat, it was late so pretty much everything was closed. I got the Adiago ranch chicken sandwich and it was so bland. Now, this is with recognizing I wasn't expecting the best sandwich I would ever eat, I was however expecting nostalgic greasy terrible for you but oh so good drive through food. And even the fries weren't seasoned that well. This is just confirmation that with how expensive everything always is, it's always better to go to a local place.
