ordered a cinnamon pull apart and it is actually harder than a rock. i left the Wendy's 20 minutes ago and its still warm so it is not that i left it sitting out. Leaving a review because i was very excited and this was so disappointing so I felt the need to share. I paid for this mind you and in this economy that is insane for yall to be playing with my money like that.

That old lady who I’m pretty sure is the manager needs to get a new job if she’s always gonna act miserable.
I placed an order online and when I went there she said they never received it and to come inside and show them what I ordered. When I did that she came at me like it was my fault their system had a glitch. No one caught an attitude with her because it wasn’t a big deal and we just wanted it to be fixed. But then she walked away and just completely ignored me and friend. And when she saw we weren’t gonna leave she sent a different worker to come tell us that the manager said they cant make our order because ‘they might get in trouble’.
Whoever she needs to get over herself and learn some grace.

I was just there with my kids. Horrible, horrible service. The guy that took our order was rude and mean. We ordered 3 baconators and 2 baconator fries, and his answer was yelling at other people inside: Oh, man! 3 baconators. The worst baconator fries I’ve ever had. We got strips of bacon instead of bacon bits like usual.
We waited like 15 min at the window for our order and there were people waiting first than us on the side that were complaining about the long wait and missing food.
Definetely, I won’t go at this time anymore.

But I still love Wendys.

Sometimes will give you wrong order, but the most consistent thing is they’re always slow in giving orders, will make you wait for a long time, and even on the speaker they will always ask for a “moment” that takes like 5minutes. Needs improvement, mcdonald’s serves each car like 1minute and wendy’s is like 10minutes each

To whom it may concern:
I've been in this business for a long time and have seen a lot, but I feel I should speak out about what I've noticed at your Wendy's.
The general manager does not treat employees with respect. I've seen her raise her voice, yell in front of customers, glare at her staff, speak badly about them to others, and generally come across as rude. This leaves a bad taste in the restaurant's mouth, both for the employees and for customers like me, who are only there to eat.
I'll be honest: if I were one of those employees, I wouldn't want to go to work with her or I would arrive feeling discouraged by the treatment I receive. This is not how a restaurant should be run.
A manager should lead by example, with fairness and respect. What I've seen is the opposite, and it hurts employee morale and the customer experience as well.
I hope this issue is taken seriously and corrected. Good people don't stay long in a place where they're treated badly, and customers notice these things more than you might think.
On top of my own experience, I’ve also seen comments from other people about this store, and several mention how rude she can be in the way she talks to or even looks at customers.

(Went back again and got the same results) Just got a number 2 baconator, lettuce tomato onion add on. I got one onion, one half piece of lettuc, and literally one bite of bacon, no sauce. I paid 13 dollars a for small meal no JR. When i got my stuff i asked for a straw and was told that i must order a straw when i order my food which is just outrageous lol.
