Terrible bland food with inattentive help.

Very bad service, only about 15 customers in on a Sunday night at 6pm. Waitress never came back for refills or the check or to check on us. Harrison House is a popular diner known for its friendly service and good food. The interior is clean and decorated with historic pictures of the local area, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Customers often praise the quick and polite wait staff, as well as the overall atmosphere that allows guests to linger over coffee after their meal. The menu offers a good selection of entrees at reasonable prices, and the food is consistently described as hot, fresh, and delicious. Meals such as chicken pot pie and turkey with stuffing are frequently mentioned as favorites, along with soup, salad, bread, rolls, and dessert. Many reviewers note that the service is efficient and attentive, making their dining experience enjoyable.
However, some recent visits have highlighted issues like noise from children and slow service, with complaints about small portion sizes and underwhelming dishes like eggs and potatoes. Despite this, the overall impression remains positive, with visitors appreciating the combination of good food, friendly staff, and a cozy, nostalgic ambiance. Harrison House continues to be a favored spot for both locals and travelers looking for a classic diner experience with a touch of class.
