We’ve stopped using this location for a varying number of reasons. When we dash orders from here, something’s always forgotten. Pretzels taste different every time. Cooked different every time. The rivets are like bricks. Can hardly bite through them because they’re usually over cooked. I purchased a bucket of rivets Sat 9/21/24 for an event. When I got to the event, the pretzels were all wet and slimy, the salt was dissolved, and there was a layer of water at the bottom, plus many of the rivets were stuck together. Nobody would eat them!

Use more salt!!!! I've gone to other local locations that serve the same product, and they aren't rationing salt. It's easy to remove too much than it is to add more after. If salt is coming off during the bagging process, then common sense would tell you to add extra. Pretzels, on their own, are tasteless. YOU NEED SALT!
