I went through the drive-thru August 19 after 8 p.m. The sandwich was ice cold. and the drink tasted like mop water. After the first sip, I wouldn't drink it again if I were dying of dehydration because I think I would die of being poisoned faster...unhappy.Sorry. I love Arby's, and I drove 20 miles out of my way to have a Classic roast beef sandwich with horsey sauce and crinkle fries. There are only two Arby's locations in New Jersey. I mourn for the people of New Jersey and myself for their and my lost opportunity to enjoy Arby's regularly. I grew up in the Midwest with plenty of, usually delicious, Arby's available...AND now, I defend Arby's whenever someone throws shade, with these unfortunate misinformed ideas going on about Arby's on social media-- I am a true and loyal customer and fan. Do not do me like this again! This location needs to get it together!

Ask for buffalo chicken sandwich with no sauce and gave me no buffalo sauce instead of ranch. Never eating again and the employees can sdiybt.

I just ordered $35 worth of roast beef sandwiches after the girl put them in the bag and I said can I have a little bit of extra Arby sauce she said oh we don’t have any Arby sauce we’ve been out of that for a while😳😳 would’ve been nice to know that before I ordered all those sandwiches this happened Saturday afternoon

I always seem to get the wrong order or missing ingredients. I'm allergic to beef, and when I got home 30 minutes away, my chicken sandwich turned into a roast beef sandwich.

Came by the Tinton Falls location on the 26th at noon and the location was closed. What was with that? Nothing on the door and I drove from Freehold. When operating hours say so, places really need to be open.

By far some of the nicest, friendly staff I've ever encountered. Food is fresh and tasty, and the place is clean. Highly recommend.. and don't forget to ring that bell when you leave!

I never eat from Arby's however I decided to patron this location. Went inside the restaurant and ordered food that totaled up to
$27.50.Gave the lady a 50 dollar bill and she said that they don't accept $50 dollar bills due to a high volume of counterfeit. Which has nothing to do with me besides the color of my skin. You have money pens and other ways of detecting fake money. Nevertheless, the cashier didn't appear to be smarter than a fifth grader. Prior to my order the cashier had me standing in line for two minutes trying to figure out how to process a doordash order. While all this drama was occurring my husband was in the bathroom and came out so quickly because it was so disgusting. The bathrooms at the New York Port Authority is cleaner then this restaurants. Yuck ?....That says a lot about this location and where not to eat! My husband and I ended up leaving this restaurant. We found better service at "Five Guys" down the road and Guess what?! My $50 dollar bill wasn't discriminate against. The cashier used a money pen to check the currency. Just that simple..! My suggestion for management at this location is to please screen your employees, provide better ethical training and clean your dirty bathrooms. For goodness sake it was only 1:30 pm in the afternoon. The restaurant was not crowded to not have clean bathrooms. Remember first impression maybe your last. We will not be back to this location due to our experiences.
