Great way to spend Thanksgiving...from a traditional meal to whatever else you might want from their menu. We sat at the bar and dined. Carly, the bartender, was delightful. Attentive, conscientious, friendly and engaging! She made our visit to Brick House fabulous. The food was great and it was a perfect afternoon!

Beware of ingredients in the dish that are NOT listed on menu. Menu does not mention celery or onions in pot pie, but yet they are in the pot pie. Seems silly, but I do not like either onions or celery and the menu should list ALL the ingredients.

I was offered standard seating or high top. I asked for standard on my reservation. Group of 10 which they knew. Sat us at high tops and was uncomfortable for some in the party. I understand we had 10 people, but reservations were made at noon for 615. A bit uncomfortable for some.

Visit there for the first time today 10/15/25 The experience was amazing. The setting inside was cozy. We sat by the fire place. The waitress was polite. The food was amazing. It was so peaceful and a friendly environment.. I will be going back there soon.

The Classic burger with fried onions was one of the best burgers I've ever had. The sweet potato tots were also delicious. Atmosphere is sports bar and open spacing. Excellent lunch place. Service was fast and efficient too.

Just went to this restaurant and ordered their chicken potpie, which comes with a cheese topping over the crust. Guess the cooks didn't know that cheese cooks A LOT faster than dough, so the cheese was crisp but the dough underneath was completely raw. I politely pointed this out to the waitress, who was lovely, agreed with me when she saw it, and sent it back. The second one arrived with the cheese more cooked but, alas, the crust underneath still completely raw and doughy. The waitress got the manager who literally said that this is how they serve their potpies. He was rude and completely belittling. Respectfully, I never, ever complain at restaurants and happen to be a pretty amazing cook. I know a raw crust when I see one. This was probably the worst experience I've had a restaurant not just because the food was bad but because some clueless, inconsiderate manager completely dismissed my concern. Will never go there again, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

We went to Brickhouse today and had Brooke as our waitress she was awesome! We had the chili nachos and pretzel for appetizers they were huge and really good! The beer is always ice cold and no matter what you order the food is always great especially the cheesesteak! Highly recommend brickhouse in Neptune Nj
