All I can say is that I will be extremely disappointed if they ever get rid of the honey siracha chicken!!! That was the best burrito I EVER had!! I told my husband that we are going there more now!! My mouth was in heaven!! Such a great flavor!! Try it! You will not be disappointed!!

Food is fresh and this Bubbakoos was very clean and organized. We came in very hungry and got the double steak that was cooked to perfection. A special shout out to the man who waited on us RANDY! Super hospitable and professional, thank you Randy for your courtesy and hospitality.

Online ordering system stupidly empties my cart and defaults to Jersey City bc it recognizes my email even though I had already ordered my food from Neptune and never ordered from Jersey City. Obviously the staff don’t have my food and they can’t even refund my order. What a wasted trip.

Shout out to Bubbakoos in New Paltz NY. I forget to hit submit on my online order so when I went in to pick up there was no order for me. When I saw my mistake they made my order right away. That was so awesome of them. I really appreciated the awesome customer service- especially when the error was all mine.

Literally so good every time I order. I never have had a mixup on my order and it tastes fresh and good after all the times i’ve had this place. I will continue to go here over chipotle or moes any day of the week!! Also the workers are always super friendly and it’s always ready on time!

guys. .... GUYS. of COURSE we find this place one month before we move across the country. lived here for almost 7 years and never knew it was here. SOOOO good! fried rice ball??? what!? the grilled chicken is completely magical. the toppings and the sweet chili sauce is just.... I can't even. (Middletown DE location!)

As a local business owner, absolutely do not bother giving this restaurant your business.
Staff is unfriendly and unhelpful- including when your order is missing half of the food, equating to $40. I was told that I was unable to receive a refund, I would have to come back and get the food (it was delivery), and that there was no management I could speak with, and no other help was available.
The employees are children with no customer service skills.
I waited close to an hour an a half, after being told 20 minutes to receive half of a cold order.
I have ordered here several times and the food has always been subpar, but to give the delivery driver half of my order then claim they can’t work with Uber to get me the rest of the food is absolutely ridiculous. And the kids working were incredibly rude. Do not bother spending your money or time here (you’ll be here for hours to get your order which has also happened on several occasions). The Uber driver was distraught also explaining to us he waited 40 minutes for my order upon arriving already. Horrible business practice. Its survival this far is due to being in a college town, where bad food and service survive.
