I have to tell you that I have been spoiled with the Burger King in South Africa... The service in South Africa is 10 Stars, as well as the burgers. I always order a Whopper Junior meal in South Africa and it is juicy and fresh... I cannot say the same for the Asbury Park branch. The burger was measly and slapped together. Although I enjoyed the fries and the thick shake. It was thick like I like it... Other then that I would not visit that Burger King again... Needs a lot to be desired.

The food in service at this so-called restaurant is disgusting. I would not feed it to my dog. After waiting 15 minutes for a chicken sandwich meal the meat look like it had frostbite bread was hard absolutely unacceptable. I refuse to say anything to management because I know it would be another disappointment. This restaurant has gone hill drastically( I will never return)

i've never received such impatient and angry service like i did today. i was was ready to order at the drive through (which was empty) and i was told to wait a second mid order and i waited about five minutes and after waiting i was asked “9 8 or 12?” which confused me because they just threw random numbers at me and while i was confused a second voice randomly comes in and yells the same thing again “9 8 or 12 pieces!?” in a very aggrieved voice. I work in a very customer service oriented job so i understand how it feels to be frustrated sometimes but never to the extent that i get aggravated at a customer over something so minor.

On top of spending $50 on two meals when I got home to eat my food it was cold partially frozen. Hands-down, the worst establishment I’ve ever been to in Asbury. I hope this saves you before you lose your appetite.

Ordered on the app almost everything was wrong, they also gave no sauces even the 3 I paid for, no straw for the soda that was not even close to being full. The app system for contacting support is a disgrace as well.

Stopped by this location @2:30 Line of customers waiting ..At drive through I ask the hold up..They explained they were shorts staffed..I decided to come inside. and yes, they were short staff…An older gentleman doing his best in the kitchen by himself with manager assisting as much as he could and drive through ladies also..I was impressed!!!..Manager handled complains with respect and patients..Good Job Guys ..Krystal and Marvin.. thumbs up!!!!
