While Burger King is known for their array of diverse items, the service and the general quality of the food can depend from location to location. This experience, unfortunately, was the case with my most recent experience.

I came here for a lunch during my most recent visit to Asbury Park, and while it was quiet, the quiet experience could be made up for just how mediocre the general food and service was. While my Big Fish Meal was okay and the food was hot, they added too much tartar sauce to the sandwich and did not properly salt the fries, leaving my experience partially bland and lacking flair. Additionally, my cookies were cold by the time I got around to eating them.

The service aspect also baffled me as I came into the restaurant seeing the Coke Freestyle Maxhine under maintenance, this experience really left me concerned and impacted my lunch adversely.

Went here the other day to get something to eat and they ignored me at the drive thru they didn't take my order.so i went inside the manager is a very nasty black lady with a attitude problem she gave me hard nuggets and salty french fries and they was hard u really can't get in touch with anyone only online food is never fresh or hot smh wouldn't recommend this place

Worst Burger King in Jersey!!! You always have to wait for 15 to 20 mins for you order despite not having any customers inside..the take their sweet time preparing your food.. waste whole lunch break waiting

The customer service was very disappointing. I tried to request some paid extras, but the staff responded with a rude attitude and an unfriendly tone. If they’re not interested in doing their job properly, they should reconsider their role, as it damages the company’s image. And if they do care about their work, they should make an effort to provide more respectful and professional service.

I live in the area and sometimes am relegated to eating “fast” food whenever the situation calls for it. All time bad fast food joint. Get a couple slices from Luigi’s instead and you’ll save 15 minutes 100% of the time.
