Went to grab a cake for my daughters birthday. 1st girl attempted to write and she printed with 1st grade level handwriting & you couldn't even read it...at all... So the 2nd girl TRIED, but wasn't much better. It literally looked like a child PRINTED it on there.. she had no idea how to center words on a round cake.. REALLY?! Doesn't anyone take pride in their job anymore? As a business owner, you don't test out someone's handwriting BEFORE train them how to center words on different cakes? At least the icecream was decent. But Carvel is NOT what it used to be!

The cookies and cream ice cream at this Carvel was incredibly creamy and had a perfectly balanced sweetness. The addition of the unique hot fudge topping was also loved. The staff was friendly and offered samples. The shop was clean and had a fun, vibrant atmosphere with comfortable seating. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a sweet treat any day. It is highly recommended! I love the lady rose that works at this location 😃❤️

Had an amazing time with kids. Ice cream was delicious and staff was amazing. Highly recommend this place to everyone that loves ice cream. My favorite was the hot fudge Sundae and extra chocolate crunchies.

I’ve loved Carvel for over 50 years having their cakes almost every birthday and Fudgy the whale on Fathers Day. I was really excited to get a cake for my daughter’s college graduation party. I worked with Zee. There was an issue but he was super and worked with me very quickly to correct it. The cake was a big hit at the party. I will be back for sure!

Store was open until 11 pm. Located in a strip mall. I feel it could be cleaner. The chairs have ice cream stains. The tables aren’t cleaned. There’s only 2 tables. A few chairs. Service was good. Typical carvel ice cream. The small cones were super big I can’t give it 5 stars because of the cleanliness of the seating area. Large parking lot. Seems wheelchair friendly. Not sure if there’s lactose intolerant items.

Ordered a large ice cream sheet cake 4 days in advance…went to pick up my cake on the day we requested only to find the order was not made….i even showed the staff my order in their own book so they saw that the order was made in advance. Fortunately they had a blank sheet cake ready to go (probably someone else’s order) that they hastily put together for us. Never ordering from here again.
