Placed a mobile order. Got to the window. The person working the drive thru says 6.40 No hello or anything. I say no with a smile order number 165. She hands it to me and proceeds to look at whoever is in the store. I say have a good day 2x with a smile and she ignored me. Rude behavior. They should take a lesson from Chick Fila.

The current owner of this store, since it changes often, is the MOST unprofessional I have seen in years, as well as her older daughter who also works there. The younger daughter also works there but is actually nice. They(the owner and older daughter) don’t smile, they’re all attitude, and both rolls their eyes at you when you speak to them. Genuinely seems as if they hate their job. Absolutely unprofessional.

I got Dunkin’ Donuts through Uber eats. I love Dunkin. Great customer service they replace my pumpkin muffins with different flavors because they were out. Excellent customer service and everything was delicious I highly recommended, just don’t do through Uber eats

I go there a lot! I mean a lot!!! I never had a bad experience other than my coffee having the wrong milk! I mean something that can easily be fixed. I mean it’s Dunkin’ Donuts guys don’t be a jerk to the people making ur coffee. Takes $0 out of your wallet to be nice.

Carl, Shelley and the morning drive through crew are great!!!! This Dunkin is hands down the best in the area. Clean, efficient, crew is so courteous and executes quickly, keeping a busy drive thru line moving.

We ordered a dozen donuts for pick up they were all melted and the Boston crème had no crème!
Came here 10 mins before closing, lady was at the door stopping me from coming in saying they were closing in 2 minutes and said “I don’t know what you’re looking for here”. Donuts ma’am. She started yelling at us, very rude. Could have said it a lot nicer. We thought we were at the one up the road that closes at 10 PM. Don’t come here if you want to be treated like an actual person!

I loved the drive thru employee, Jaiden. He was joes responsive, patient while I took my time ordering, super polite and very friendly. Joanna was also really sweet and fast when handling my coffee. All in all - we shred laughs at the window, my drink was perfect and I got to laugh and leave with a smile!
