Worst Dunkin Donuts ever always takes like 30 minutes today. It was so bad. I waited in line for 15 minutes before she finally told me to order on the kiosk. Wouldn't even help me? And then I just left and went to the other Dr. Donut took the street worst management there. Ever right? You have 2 people at 6 o'clock in the morning, when everybody is going to work. And none of them know what they're doing. I even told the brady in the parking lot to go to a differendunk of donuts, because she'd be standing there all day.Thanks for making me late to work and I will never be going back

Placed a mobile order. Got to the window. The person working the drive thru says 6.40 No hello or anything. I say no with a smile order number 165. She hands it to me and proceeds to look at whoever is in the store. I say have a good day 2x with a smile and she ignored me. Rude behavior. They should take a lesson from Chick Fila.

The current owner of this store, since it changes often, is the MOST unprofessional I have seen in years, as well as her older daughter who also works there. The younger daughter also works there but is actually nice. They(the owner and older daughter) don’t smile, they’re all attitude, and both rolls their eyes at you when you speak to them. Genuinely seems as if they hate their job. Absolutely unprofessional.

I got Dunkin’ Donuts through Uber eats. I love Dunkin. Great customer service they replace my pumpkin muffins with different flavors because they were out. Excellent customer service and everything was delicious I highly recommended, just don’t do through Uber eats
Cashier didn't seem to have a good grasp on working the drive thru, was slow and stressed extremely sloppy. I usually love DD, not a good experience this morning

I go there a lot! I mean a lot!!! I never had a bad experience other than my coffee having the wrong milk! I mean something that can easily be fixed. I mean it’s Dunkin’ Donuts guys don’t be a jerk to the people making ur coffee. Takes $0 out of your wallet to be nice.

Carl, Shelley and the morning drive through crew are great!!!! This Dunkin is hands down the best in the area. Clean, efficient, crew is so courteous and executes quickly, keeping a busy drive thru line moving.
