Kept getting asked, "is that it" while I was still talking. Both things I ordered were wrong. They either didn't know the difference between vanilla cream and Bavarian or they just didn't care. The sandwich was wrong. The coffee was old. The Bavarian was turning.

This was location had it down to a science. Staff knew my order before I even had a chance to speak. Now my order is always wrong, I’m waiting up 10 min in drive up for messed up coffee. I go at night now to get a good cup made. The old crew was broken up and the new manager Rebecca is q jerk. Zero management skills and rude! Bring back the old morning crew and throw this lady away! She was so rude to me when I just wanted some damn sugar in my coffee which they forgot. Unacceptable behavior from a manager!!!

So it's my guess that the kid working the drive window tonight July 5th 2024 is taking home some extra spending money Or his math skills are seriously challenged. skimming from the customers by not returning the correct amount of change. I asked for a receipt and he just gave me somebody's random credit card receipt. Let the buyer beware at the Neptune Dunkin' Donuts. Probably best not to give cash at this particular Dunkin Donuts use a card.
