They have a table that’s unstable and instead of telling me they let me open my coffee to put sugar in and the table moved and I spilled coffee on myself and the table . They watched and laughed they knew what was coming
Their customer service is excellent always friendly, attentive, and consistent. They make my coffee exactly the way I ask for it every time, which is something other Dunkin’ locations rarely get right.
