OK, I go there again today and this is adding to the previous review again when I say, please cook my bacon and cook the bacon please stop giving me raw bacon that’s it. I’m not coming You know I’ve been around this area for a very long time and I’ve seen how these businesses especially this organization has went up and down. I’m a bus driver so first I start going to the one in Asbury on Main Street. The croissants are always old. the bagels are always doughy. The food is always cold And the bathrooms are disgusting so then I started coming to the one up the hill they’re giving me premade old sandwiches that looks like someone returned. They are burned. The bacon is undercooked. It does not look like snack and bacon. It looks like a bunch of bacon thrown in a bag super greasy and it doesn’t make sense and you guys are charging What now this is why I stopped coming to Dunkin’ Donuts because the service sucks when they did used to have the African-Americans they’re at least the food was good. They may have been a little bit off with customer service but their food was good now you got people that give good customer service Big but because they’re vegetarians and don’t give a damn about the food they don’t care about what they hand people they just at this point they just need to shut these Dunkin’ Donuts down and bring in just some regular coffee and bagel shops.

I have never in my life experienced someone so rude and obnoxious in customer service. As it is nurses week and in past years dunkin does a free coffee during nurses week.. i asked the employee if they were doing the promotion and she rolled her eyes at me and said no. I understand if they are not doing the promotion but to be treated with attitude was very unnecessary. I then ordered a wake up wrap and she handed me a sandwhich that i did not order. I politely said that wasnt what i ordered but that i would take it. She ripped the bag out of my hand opened the sandwhich and removed the bacon from it and threw just the bacon in the bag and handed it back to me????? I go to this dunkin almost everyday before work and it is a shame that they will never be getting my business again after this experience.

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts. Customer service sucks. They take forever to help you inside even with no customers. They are so focused on drive thru (mind you it was only 3 cars), and all employees are focused on preparing orders for drive thru. Not the first time it happens. Don’t go here.

This location, much like many of their locations, cannot figure out how to dispense cream in a coffee. It consistently comes looking like a glass of milk. I'm done with Dunkin. This cold brew was supposed to be 2 creams...not double the cream in a medium. Another $5 wasted, last $5 wasted!

Third time ordering from here asking for extra bacon on my sandwich, getting charged for extra bacon, and not getting extra bacon even after sounding redundant and asking them to make sure it’s on there. I guess that’s my bad for going back there expecting anything different. 😤

They are very accommodating but my bagel twist was not fresh. Wasn't able to eat but my coffee was great.

I love this DD. The staff here are *always* pleasant . The mornings can get busy in the drive thru but that's the only issue. Tables and bathrooms are always clean as well

Service was great large facility with plenty of space to put tables and chairs but there are NONE. HAD TO TAKE OUT, would have ordered a meal if there were tables, instead just got coffee
I had the pleasure of going through this establishments drive thru and it wasn’t a pleasant experience at all. After working an 8+ hour shift, I decided to treat myself to a little treat and stopped by here… I was greeted by a male voice through the speaker, I proceeded to tell him my order, and in the midst of me telling him my order, he proceeded to talk to someone else on the speaker where I could hear him, then asked me my order again and proceeded to tell him.
When it came to the drink portion of my order, the customer rep proceeded to rush me and kept saying, “coffee, coffee” what about the coffee? In a rude and VERY condescending way. As if DD only sells coffee lol.
As I was taken aback by his rude attitude, I proceeded to ask him if he could wait, and in a snappy tone, he YELLED “YES!” In between me standing up for myself, he proceeded to tell me “to go home”. As a Black woman, what the hell is that supposed to mean?
That’s when I lost my cool. It was literally 7am, what is the attitude for? I pulled up to this establishment with good intentions, integrity, and respect and I wasn’t treated as such.
Not to mention I was the ONLY car in line, so what was the rush?
If working in customer service, there is NO reason why a customer rep should ever speak to a customer like that, ESPECIALLY IF IT IS UNPROVOKED.
This particular location also gives strong inclinations of them having discriminatory undertones in the way they choose to speak and entertain certain people.
They will NOT be receiving anything from me!
