This place just can’t get your order right. The last 2 times I didn’t receive what I asked for when ordering with no body else in the shop and face to face at the counter. I’ve had wrong sandwiches and just now asked for SIX BAGELS and I got the wrong kinds. I love supporting local places and always will but I’m done with this place. Shouldn’t have to check over a half dozen bagel order. Very frustrating when you spend your hard earned money. Small businesses should understand that

I placed an order for a bacon egg and cheese toasted on a plain bagel. Whoever took my order over the phone was VERY nasty. She got my order completely wrong and my food was burnt. Not a place i would recommend. Food is overpriced and not good at all !

These guys know how make bagels the right way. I prefer to get a few bagels and prepare them at home to my own taste. The counter people consistently treat me like a nuisance because I I don't order an $8.00 sandwich instead of 2 bagels to go. Their facial expressions tell it all, I'm just in the way. They need to up their service for all their customers.
Dietary restrictions: Other than the all-grain bagel, you're on your way to a coronary if you eat their sandwiches

I have never been here before. I got an orange juice and an egg and cheese on an everything egg bagel. There was only half a centimeter (if that) worth of egg and cheese on the bagel. Not enough at all. I feel like I ate a lightly cheese flavored salt bagel with hints of egg. I paid almost $9. Not worth it at all. Completely disappointed. You’ve lost a customer because you’re stingy.

I visited at 10/31 at around 11:30a. The older gentleman at the register helped me decide between a cinnamon raisin bagel or everything. What an absolutely grand ambassador to have up at the front register. The bagels are great, but he’s an absolute gem!!!
The best bagels , the perfect amount of cream cheese, the best hashbrowns BUT the #1 thing is the people. Best people around , having a bad day ? just stop in here 1000/10

Mid at best. The cinnamon raisin bagel had roughly 6 raisins in it and I couldn't taste the cinnamon. It might have been a good bagel when it was freshly made as the crust was desirable but the flavors were not there.
I also got the caddie sandwhich. Given they use boars head meat, the quality is as fresh as their fridges keep it. I'll say the lettuce on the sandwhich was past its prime. The kaiser roll wasn't egregious.
It's sad to say the most delicious thing I got from there was the cappuccino from the machine.
Overall it felt like I waited 5 minutes longer than it really should have been given the queue.

Used to love their bagels but for the last year, every time I order from them, they are dry and hard. I'm always disappointed. When toasted they are overly toasted, when not toasted still dry and hard, almost like they were not fresh and left over from day/s before. Not sure what changed because they used to be perfect. I won't get bagels from here but everything else is good.

I love a good bagel, but was disappointed by my egg, cheese and bacon sandwich on my first visit here. The egg was a real fried egg which I very much liked, and there was an ok amount of bacon, but the bagel was overtoasted and was hard / dry, and there was barely any cheese. Seemed thin and sad. Personally, not for me, or would try untoasted next time if I came back.
