My co-worker and I order here quite frequently and for the most part everything was always great up until our last three visits. The one time I received no cheese , second time cheddar cheese instead of pepperjack and third time white bread instead of a plain wrap. I never said a word up until my most recent visit - I didn’t think I had to ask them to add mayo and horseradish when they switched from the white bread to a plain wrap but none the less there was NOTHING on my wrap so it was super dry. Also got breakfast samdwhich’s here. 1 egg 1 piece of cheese and 3 slices of porkroll. One of the lamest ones I’ve ever had. We’re calling it quits here and will continue to go to tenth and willow . The guy at the front desk was always nice though

Updated review: way overpriced and small bagels that are meh. Cash (not card) 5.19 for an egg and cheese on a bagel and 2.99 for a Poland spring seltzer. Also bagel itself is so small compared to other bagel stores.
Old review from years ago: To each their own. I would argue this is one of the best taylor ham, egg, ch I’ve ever had. It’s not overflowing/packed or cheap (either of which may be preferred) but it does have a great ratio of meat to ch to egg and the cheese is perfectly placed/creamy. I love it....Employees are all happy and enjoy their time at work which I respect. The uptight NYers who give low reviews on here can go home for their uptight rigid customer service.

Worker behind counter with gloves in came outside by table with 2 people women on cell and man across , worker gloved touched chairs handle from door going and coming then went back in without changing gloves to work on food orders

I drive 30mins almost every other Saturday morning to enjoy there bagels. Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else but then for some freshly baked bagels👏🏽👏🏽
