We had some time to kill waiting for a family member who was having surgery. The owner was super friendly, very sweet and helpful, we sat awhile in the shop and had breakfast and coffee, both of which were perfect, definitely a gem!

First time trying this place! The staff was friendly and it’s a cool little place! I ordered a bacon egg and cheese in an egg everything and it is super delicious. I’ll be coming back for sure.
Bagel was good, taking stars off just over how rude the lady answering the phone/at the front is. Debated not coming to pick up my food after ordering on the phone due to the horrible customer service.

I know a good bagel from years of working in Manhattan and the bagels here are as good as any I had in the City and adjacent boroughs. Fresh out of their ovens @ 6 AM you'll never get a better one unless you hit "Hot Bagels" in Oakhurst or the bagels from a place in Red Bank--sorry can't remember the name.

My family and I were traveling and stayed at a nearby hotel. I Googled bagel shops and Hole in One Bagel was close with great reviews. We tried it and absolutely loved it! The bagels were so tasty and a great selection! The only thing I would ask should we go back, I’d prefer real cheese opposed to the cheese used.

So upset with my experience and needed to let someone know. I hope the owner sees this. I go out of my way to come to this breakfast spot because the food is great. This morning I called in an order for a sandwich for me and asked for a single plain scrambled egg for my dog, they said no problem. When I get there they ask me to pay $6 for the single egg. I ask why and they said it because “they didn’t have a button for it and had to charge it as an entire platter” I kindly asked for the item to be removed from the order. As I am leaving I hear the staff loudly expressing their opinion on the situation and that “the egg plater is priced out that way” and being extremely condescending to me as a customer. I don’t think they knew I was still there. first of all, just because there is no button doesn’t mean a customer should be obligated to overpay for an item. Someone could have explained to me on the phone what the cost would have been and even offered the things that came with the “platter”. All I was asking for was a single egg. They were so rude!!! I couldn’t believe it since all I’ve had were positive experiences here before.. I can’t believe I’m writing a review about a single egg but my dog never got her treat and I am leaving there extremely bitter overhearing the staff talk rudely about me in front of my face.
