Went the 28th of December 2025, with my two boys and wife. We were seated at a smaller booth. Confused as my kids are younger and energetic, I kindly asked after ~20m if we could move to a slightly larger booth. The server had no issues with that and directed us to where we could sit. Finally we could place our order! The server walked away and we waited another 10m before we could place our order. The place was rather empty. So this was pretty upsetting. Two waitresses, only two tables occupied. When we placed our order I asked for my food, then the youngest, then the older child, and my wife's food last. The waitress returned and asked if we wanted sides for the children's plate, confused I said yes? She then offered applesauce as the side, perplexed as I asked for the 1 egg 1 sausage and a piece of bacon for the kids. I just said sure that's fine. When we selected the kids drinks I gave my older child the choice between chocolate milk or hot chocolate. He chose hot chocolate. I explicitly asked for milk for my 18month old, as I didn't want the risk of him getting hurt with hot chocolate. The waitress brought out two hot chocolates. When she brought out the food I was so frustrated at this point she asked confused if there was anything else she could get us. At this point I knew I wasn't getting my plate. My food was never made, the children's food came without sides. Just a single chocolate pancake on a lonely plate. Not 10 minutes went by, we were in the middle of feeding our boys when she asked if I'd like the check. Absolutely. Let me make sure I'm not being charged for food that wasn't delivered. I took a picture of my receipt after making sure I didn't get charged improperly, which I paid for kids combos, but only got the single pancake, no sides. Signed the one they needed left a $2 cash tip as courtesy, which was VERY difficult to do and wrote on the receipt FOOD FORGOT.

They should learn how to treat people. There were two families with four kids, and they had no patience with us.
As a family, our priority is to make sure our kids are comfortable and that we all have a great time. All we wanted was to sit together and enjoy a great meal.
In the end, the waitress who stayed with us was great and very friendly. The one who attended us first was super rude.

I took my family there and we were seated promptly. The server was nothing but rude and her service was the worst. She gave us drinks with unwashed cup with coffee stains. She served us food cold and 5 mins later she gave us the utensils. No extra napkins were provided nor sugar for the coffees.

The server was Imani. We came here for Christmas day with my family. We were here for a quick Christmas lunch, but were treated to what was the worst customer service we ever received anywhere.
She was downright rude. Our drinks came in unwashed cups that we had to send back. We had to ask more than three times just for water and she never even gave us straws for the water nor did she provide enough waters for the table. Even the coffee didn't come with sugar or splenda. Our coffee was cold by the time she got us splenda.
The food itself was IHOP quality, which is to say that it was meh.

What a disappointment; I was seated promptly. However, I must mention that my waitress appeared unkempt, and when my food finally came, it was a letdown. Everything was excessively greasy, as if it had all been prepared in the same disgusting oil, the bacon, the eggs, the sausage, everything was utterly unappetizing, and even the plate was drenched in grease. I couldn't even bring myself to take a bite. It was truly off-putting. It's been quite a while since my last visit, and I certainly will not be going back. How is it you have 4 star ?

Food was cold Had crepes were hard,no straw berry's with any kind of juice or sauce or glaze and only 1 small strawberry cut up worst food ever
Next meal was 2 pancakes, 2 sausage links and 2 eggs
Eggs were to be scrambles dry and they had some weird flavor to them like they were flat eggs and cooked with maybe old grease. Pancakes were okay and sUsage links didn't look like they were done all way. We ate there last year and the food was better, not great but better

When we left the server said you forgot your to go part/leftover and I said my mother wouldn't eat this. She say oh, okay. Should have said what was wrong or is there something I could do ?

Horrible service since I got there they didn’t want to give a table they took other people that came after me to be seated while I waited and after I got seated they never went to take my order waited for 20 minutes and no one came to take my order so i had to leave the restaurant… They made wait for no reason at all.. The waitress could’ve tell me they weren’t going to take me since I got there and I wouldn’t have waited my time on a place that wasn’t willing to make my food … so upsetting

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! I wish I could give them less then 1 star. Extremely rude STAFF .Daisy G took wrong order and then manager showed up and said she will come back shortly but never came back person who took the order came back and nearly threw our order on us EXTREMELY RUDE we ended up with eating what we didn't ordered We went there today( 06-22-25 )and will never go back there again EVER.!!!!!
