It's a KFC, so pretty much exactly what you'd expect. Based on all of my other KFC experiences, it's fairly standard to have terrible service. Whenever I have a fried chicken jones, I end up waiting forever to fulfill it here. This place takes the fast out of fast food.

The chicken, under the fried skin had a membrane looking textured grey "meat" area. Looked like brains, but was on a chicken thigh. Really reminded me why I was vegetarian for 8 years. I should have taken a picture but trust me it was disgusting. Definitely unhealthy factory farmed chicken. I will say the employees are very nice.

If I could Give this place NEGATIVE STARS! I would they are so rude and nasty and they could care less about their customers. When you are ordering they huff and puff like we are the problem. THEY HAVE NO PEOPLE SKILLS AND NO MANORS!!!!!

So I went there today 11/18/19...the chicken was OLD and the NASTIEST tasting chicken I’ve had from there and it was lunch time...I’m not if the ingredients had changed or someone forgot to add some in, but it did not taste good at all. Very disappointed and sad. Been going to this place for 20 years, and not once had I had horrible food that needed to be thrown out.

I've been here twice recently, and I mainly want to compliment the staff on how friendly they are. I have been ordering the mini chicken sandwiches (Chicken Littles?) and cole slaw, and that stuff is BANGIN.

My fiancé and I stopped here for some lunch the other day. When my fiancé went inside to place our order, he first used the restroom..the men’s room was out of service, which is fine, what is not fine, is when he had to use the women’s rest room and the water wasn’t working (no way to wash your hands)! How are employees washing their hands before returning to work? We did not place our order because we were and are not willing to order food if people can’t even wash their hands!
Asked for fresh food and manger told me there is some chicken already up made mins ago but I really wanted hot out the grease!!!!

When interacting with the team member, she had poor posture, and overall acted like she couldn't be bothered with taking my order. When I asked about extra crispy chicken, the team member basically barked at me, that there was none available at that time (12:30 in the afternoon aaaaannnnndd....there's no extra crispy chicken....really?)
