We ordered through the drive through, fries was cold and the kids McFlurry wasn’t mixed, we asked to have it mixed twice and they gave it back the same way only a little mixed on the top. My husband asked for ketchup and they gave us one ketchup even though we ordered four sandwiches. The customer service is really bad and the staff was so rude!

The manger is a rude person. This McDonald's is bull-crap. Been yelling at him for 20-30 minutes. If the police see this, close this McDonald's down. I will talk to a lawer to close it down. 👎😡 Customer lost

The overnight crew is horrible ! Lastnight I dealt with bad customer service & complaining about the rush. When I got up to the teleprompter the lady did not say a word after I was there for an hour waiting so I proceeded to drive up to the window anyway. When I finally got the food that took an hour, the man that handed me the food was very nasty. They need to hire more people for overnight or at least hire people that don’t have attitude problems.
Count your days.. they never give the correct order and the customer service is bad they need training 💯 not worth the money got to McDonald's on 66 i promise service is better
