My first time having Philly Pretzel Factory, I had the best experience as the fabulous owner of this location, Moe, handmade my pretzels himself. He’s super kind and funny. I ordered the traditional pretzels…they are the perfect balance of chewiness and crunch, with just the right amount of salt. I tried the cheese and cinnamon dipping sauces and it was just fantastic. Makes the giant twist Pretzel (different than most PPC's). ALWAYS fresh, precisely cooked with the friendliest service. A Sunday ritual that sometimes extends until Wednesday. How many times have you had a Bagel fresh from the oven?

I wanted to say thank you very much to this pretzel factory over here and Walmart in Neptune city New Jersey all I can say is the gentleman that was working there recognized me and I recognized them as well this location is very well maintain and yes it is busy so they cannot help it if they do not have some of the stuff but nothings wrong with that because at least you know all the product is fresh for those who say or give it negative vibes it’s not right because this place...
