We are usually four adults eating at Simkos and we always leave with great reviews of our meals. We've enjoyed their seafood dishes to filet mignon along with great taco salads and burgers. Our favorite waitress is Barbara who is always pleasant and so helpful.

Come here for assortment of big screen sports at the bar with classic bar pub menu. I had a large appetizer of calamari with standard Thai chili sauce that came out hot and crispy. Half price wine Wednesday is nice but my pinot noir could be served a bit cooler.

I normally only like Lobster roll with drawn butter and not with mayo, but I thought I would give it a try and I was pleasantly surprised. It was so good. The kids love the chicken fingers and fries. We went back and had the King Crab Leg special and they were big and full. The staff is amazing and we always enjoy our meals when we go.

Justin at the bar is a true master of his craft. Packed bar, with or without help, he made sure I and everyone else was attended to!! This guy was doing laps making sure every drink, food order was perfect. This place is a gem because of people like Justin!! So impressed, can't wait to come back again soon!! Justin gets a 12/10!

Overall excellent experience; friendly, fast service- our family gives these menu items an A+: all salads were very fresh, delicious warm bread, pecan-crusted salmon “wowed us”, ribeye very tender, homemade mashed potatoes perfect! Our family would change these things: disappointed in frozen french fries (didn’t follow suite w rest of meal); must change to fresh cut fries, cocktail sauce was like jelly- made too far in advance; I didn’t care for the crab cakes at all (my fault, I should have asked more questions- they were not Maryland crab cakes). Without a doubt, we would return! Our waitress, Danielle, was superb!

My wife and I celebrated our 33 year dating / 30 year wedding anniversary at Simko's. I had clams on the half shell for an appetizer and my entree was the blackened tuna over Faro Rice Special. My wife's entrée was the Baby Back Ribs. For desert we enjoyed the chocolate Moose cake. Both of our meals were fabulous. Simkos entrée pricing is a great value as the their food is 5 star quality at very reasonable pricing. Service was excellent. Our server Barbara Burke took our orders accurately and quickly. Donna , our maître'd also made sure that my wife got her favorite chardonnay wine with dinner. i enjoyed the hpuse Merlot as suggested by Barbara and was very happy with her recommendation. The interior layout is very family friendly with plenty of room and the decor is very warm and inviting. Outside the restaurant, the evening sunset views are also very nice and compliments any romantic outing (date or anniversary). We walked around the pier after dinner just to reminisce about our first date 33 years ago. Simko's also has a very large bar area , so if you have to wait for your table , you can wait at the bar and have your favorite drink until you are seated. Parking is on site with plenty of space, but during the peak summer season months, plan to arrive earlier than your seating time in order to ensure a parking spot. We very much look forward to dining again at Simko's over the rest of the season!

My first visit was in May and the food was really, really good. I had the lightly fried scallop sandwich special and it was so good. The mozzarella sticks and sauce are great. Next visit we had some drinks at the bar and the bartenders were great and very attentive. The staff is extremely friendly, prices are competitive and the food and drinks are excellent! Can't wait to go back. They bar is lined with TV's and we requested a certain game on TV, and they immediately accommodated us. Most places won't change the channel. If you want great food, friendly service at a reasonable price down the Jersey Shore, I suggest you stop at Simko's.

A wonderful experience as always. the staff is pleasant and helpful. I like personal people and tonight we had Barbara. Very pleasant and attentive. We say on the back deck and it was a beautiful night. Every employee that passed us was friendly and acknowledged us. We always get the shrimp cocktail which is served over ice a lemon squeeze and thick and delicious foxtail sauce. For our entrees I had the chicken Francaise with mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables medley. My fiancé had the Seafood special with fried Shrimp and Founder with rice pilaf with grilled vegetables medley. each came with a soup or salad choice. i has a delicious signature cocktail called the Flirtini which was a tasty Raspberry vodka, tripsec and pinnacle juice with cranberry juice garnished with a lim. it was sooooo good!!! This is my 4th establishment I've visited by the owner. his selection of employees is exceptional! He has at least 40 years of experience in the industry and he knows what the customers want! I feel honored to be a client of his in the Old Simko's in Sayreville, Brielle and Belmar. I have NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED. With a great menu and an array of daily specials with a social menu ~ , there's something for everyone to LOVE. If you didn't love the food here, I am afraid you just can't be satisfied!! Great job once again Mike Simko! You far exceeded my expectations Again and again!!

This is a gem of a rest! It may be tucked away but it is worth going to. I have eaten here many times and every thing I have had has been awesome! My favorite is the garlic steak! I would recommend this restaurant to everyone I know.

Had 3 entrees 2 fish and one pasta. My Parm. crusted dinner was excellent. My mom love her pasta and my girls salmon she liked. Our drinks that were made perfect. Owners stopped by to check on us also which was nice.
