I wanted to bring to your attention a disappointing experience I had during my recent visit to your store. While the drinks were fine, the service I received from one of your employees, Gabby, was unprofessional and discourteous. She ignored me when I attempted to order, displayed visible attitude, and even rolled her eyes at me.

Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve noticed this type of behavior from her. As a loyal Starbucks customer, I expect a welcoming and respectful environment, and this experience fell far below that standard. I hope this feedback helps address the issue and ensures future guests receive the level of service Starbucks is known for.

The team here are lovely and it is a great place if you need to sit and work with plenty of space and a friendly environment. Ice latte was perfect. Special thanks to Addison for being such a welcoming presence !

Not a fan of this location. If you go through the drive thru there is a girl with twist that is ALWAYS rude . Customer service doesn’t exist at all. I had to calm today because I was given a drink without a secured lid. I can totally understand it being an accident but seeing this is the THIRD time I’ve received a drink like this, this doesn’t appear to be an accident. When you ask for a drink sleeve for a hot beverage, you would think you are doing for a social. When I called today to explain my problem , all I got back was “let me take care of your drink for you”. I know this is something that might be ok for some , however that’s nothing as far as I’m concerne. If you hate your job or don’t like dealing with the general public, get a different job. People don’t have to patronize your business but when you don’t care to fix the issue and your only response is a free drink, do better!

Convenient location but very busy. Very prepared to wait a bit for your order. Lots of staff working they are just busy. Clean and plenty of seating. Restrooms are limited to customers only.

This Starbucks is in a great location and the line moves quickly at the drive-through, BUT my order has been wrong literally every single time, and I do a mobile order so it’s in writing and not complicated. Just this morning when I pulled up, I asked that they please make sure the Splenda is in my coffee as requested, and they said absolutely. It wasn’t. The team may just be overwhelmed as it’s a very busy spot.

This Starbucks is always great, I feel like they always get my order correct. Drive thru waits can be a while depending on what time you go, and it is like 10¢ more expensive than the other Starbucks in the area, but tbh I will always wait in the drive thru instead of getting out of my car

I came in to buy a bag of coffee. Tom the manager was super helpful explaining caffeine levels and really helped inform my decision! Went out of his way. Thank you - this is my favorite Starbucks location :)

The worst service ever.waited 15 minutes for the wrong item and the kid laughed when I told him it was wrong then took 5 more minutes to make. So I laughed when he handed to me and told him I didn't want it. Thank God for Rook Coffee
