Used to come here all the time, came in at 9:40am to order a drink. The woman behind the bar told me it was someone else's job and they'd be with me. After 5 minutes of no help i walked out. One person on drive thru, one person making sandwiches and 3 people on their phones. It used to be great and now it's awful.

I don't know what happened here. It used to be good but then some time last year or two it took a nose-dive. Now I drive an extra 5-10 minutes to any other Starbucks. It seems that they often have the cafe closed and operate as "drive thru only" with no explanation. This policy is especially annoying as I always place app orders to pickup in the cafe and then I'm held hostage in a time consuming drive thru line for 10-15 minutes without warning waiting for my (now 20-30 minutes old) drink. Other stores turn off app orders or certain features when busy, why doesn't this one?Aside from that, most of my drinks here are either wrong or taste different than in the other stores.

This Starbucks has gone way down hill. I’ve been coming for years and the vibe from the workers isn’t what it used to be. As of late, you order on the mobile app but can only pick it up at drive thru. The problem is when there are 20 lines in front of you & and you wait for your prepaid and pre - made drink , it’s now not as hot as it should be . I don’t know why they just don’t turn off mobile ordering . Let’s be real . Starbucks is not cheap. To order a $7 luke warm coffee is not the best way to start your day .When you do have an interaction with the staff they are not very friendly. They robotically make your drinks and move on to the next drink .

Made an online order but the inside was closed. So I had to go through the drive thru to receive my order. If you not taking online orders then the online ordering should not be available through the app. But not even that the girl with tattoos at the window obviously don’t nothing about customer service or manners!!!

IF I COULD GIVE THIS LOCATION A MINUS 20 STARS I WOULD. I ORDER FROM THEM VIA DOOR DASH AT LEAST TWICE WEEKLY, IF NOT MORE. AND EVERY SINGLE TIME THEY MESS UP MY ORDER. NOT ONCE, BUT EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!! THEY DON'T GET THE DRINK RIGHT, THE WRAP IS HALF COOKED, THEY FORGET A STRAW AND I PAY FOR EXPRESS DELIVERY AND WIND UP WAITING NEARLY AN HOUR. YOU WOULD THINK WITH THE INSANE PRICES THEY CHARGE, THAT THEY COULD PAY ATTENTION TO THE DETAILS OF THE ORDER AND GET IT RIGHT. I AM NEVER GOING TO ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. IT'S JUST TOO MUCH TROUBLE. THE MANAGER THERE SHOULD BE FIRED, ALONG WITH THE REST OF THE INCOMPETENT STAFF. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!!!!
