They are seriously the slowest Taco Bell I have ever seen in my whole life ! I have seen other Taco Bell they are literally so fast . The time they take to to pack the orders, other Taco Bell, literally give away two orders in that time . Any time I go inside the store, even if I order a small thing, they have to take at least 20 minutes to give me that order. They work like they are on a romantic date or something too slow tooooo much and that’s seriously annoying!! The difference is clearly visible the person working on other side is really too dedicated and too fast because he is making for drive-thru and the other one …………… with so much love and delicately because he is making for the people waiting inside , that’s completely unfair …

Not the place to go for a late night bite. Place is always closing wayyy earlier than the posted hours, even with the lights turned on. Takes forever in the drive thru when it is open, and there's always panhandlers trying to ask for money with the drive thru line being so long.

I swear these people don’t know how to take simple orders I ordered something simple and they still couldn’t get it right ( 4 beef chalupas ) and I got 4 chicken I don’t know what the hiring standards are these days but they needa be a little higher swear someone in the restaurant got dyslexia and can’t read

Made the order inside, not the drive thru, so they can have my order right, but I guess not screwed up my whole order beside one thing. which were the nacho chips and cheese, and even that the chips were dumped into my bag like garbage.

We’ve patiently given them so many chances. COME ON, GUYS! They always either forget to accept your order and you’re waiting forever while being gaslit by some 16 yr old that they don’t have your order bc they failed to accept it OR you order chips and cheese sides and they forget the freakin chips. We’ve either had to tell them, “hey you forgot our chips” and they stare at us and say “are you sure” while we’re holding chip-less bags…or you decide to trust these kiddos and their kiddo managers and drive home and you have 3-5 cheese cups and NO CHIPS ? these kids make way too make money at NJ minimum wage to be doing this. Try actually having to work for your money as a teenager and make $5-7 an hour just 10-15 years ago. And actually doing your job! Wow, what a magical idea.
Vegetarian options: I would not trust this place not to mix up vegetarian and non-veg dishes(although tbell used to have great veggie dishes but this location mixes everything up)
Dietary restrictions: I guess people should know not to trust Taco Bell with dietary restrictions these days; kinda goes without saying.

Brittany in the drive thru was also working then dining area by herself with one other cook I could see in the back. I went to go pick up my online order mind you it was $1 on the hour every hour so the orders were higher volume than usual. Taco Bell has no business hiring employees at little pay to be overworked like that for a CEO to make billions. It don’t make sense. But Brittany was so kind and helped me with a smile.
Vegetarian options: U can substitute any meat with beans to make it vegetarian.

This is a fast food four-star review it's still Taco Bell but the people that made my Mexican pizza did a really good job. It was not sloppy it had a fair amount of meat, cheese and tomatoes on top. Sometimes I get it and it's a mess in the box. Thanks!
