“First time eating in at Sipriani's and the food was very good. Service started out great, but they seemed to get a little overwhelmed as they got busy. It is a BYOB and there's a convenient liquor store at the end of the block. Sipriani's is a simple classic NJ strip mall Italian gem, tasty food and good value. We'll be back.“

“This restaurant's food was good, but the service is not that obvious or helpful. If you haven't been there before it's not known that you order at the counter then sit down and they bring the food. There is no regular table service. They also have electronic kiosk ordering which is great once you get it, but I walked in and the people that worked there just stared at me trying to figure it out. Nobody said a word of welcome or gave a hint of what to do to order. I wasn't the only one confused. Other people on line were asking each other questions, but the counter person just watched and didn't say a word. When you finally order they shove an empty cup and number at you. Then you have to get your own drink, napkins, condiments and find your own table. When your food is ready someone marches around the restaurant with your food looking for the number they gave you. The place is big so it can be a long trip that you watch them because you don't know who's food they have. If they said a number you could wave them over, but they don't say a word... Just march. The whole system is annoying, but could be fine if the staff just helped. The burger was really good, but if you did have a problem you would have to go back up to the counter and wait on line again to get service. It's like stopping at a rest stop or a place at an amusement park.“

The rice was fluffy and light and the plantains were a perfect match to the meat.We also got 2 chicken patties and 2 beef patties and they were ok. The meat to pastry ratio is off so you end up eating more pastry than meat which is disappointing. The meat had great flavor but they should make it smaller so the meat stands out more. The dough was buttery and flaky and had a good bite.Overall, it was a good experience. “When reviewing their menu, we saw Birria Tacos and were immediately committed. Upon arrival we were a little alarmed that there was nobody in the restaurant! There are 2 other attached venues by same owners which had customers. But the lack of patrons was a bit of a red flag.

Our service started out with our server, Austin, telling us the drinks we wanted from the on-line menu were no longer available. But they tried to make a smoked cocktail for us first and realized they were out of smoker chips. Our large party of 8 mostly ordered Margaritas, which were decent and discounted on Tuesdays.

We ordered food including Nachos, Quacamole, Quesabirria and Birria tacos, as well as fish tacos and al pastor. The food was fresh and excellent!

We had a visit from an owner/manager as well as the chef. The staff helped us get the Phillies game on the table-side TV.

Overall, the highlight of the night was definitely the Birria, whose consommé was rich, flavorful and not greasy like some. Also the cheese level on the tacos was perfect, the meat was tender and flavorful and the fresh cilantro really made it all pop.

The second best feature of our visit was definitely the service.

My phone battery died before I could get pics of food, but the space is cool.

“What happen today nearly brought tears to our eyes. My wife and I were picking up lunch for friends of ours. While making our sandwiches, the gentleman slicing the meat asked if we had any plans for the weekend. We proceeded to tell him how we were picking up lunch to meet friends where one was recovering from a successful cancer surgery. When we went to pay for the meal, the manager who overheard what we were talking about informed us the meal was taken care of and that the meal was on Jersey Mikes. They even wrote a “get well soon” message on the sandwich.Some things go far beyond just the product that a company creates or serves. It’s important to remember the people that make up a business and Jersey Mikes, at least at this location in Brick, showed that their hearts are truly in their work. They showed that the human spirit is alive and well. It may not seem like a lot to some people, and they can say oh it’s just a sandwich. What they did goes far beyond the price of a sandwich. They warned our hearts and more importantly they gained out respect and admiration as life Long customers“

“I work at the petsmart not far from this location. I can't begin to describe how amazing this one server is behind the counter when I am either going through drive through or ordering inside. He goes above and behind to make sure I feel special and human. It's something that has truly been lost over the spand of time. People don't realize that little extra can boost someone's day can just make them smile and shine some sunshine to their day! He wears the taco hat proudly. He has an awesome personality and amazing customer service! I love coming here just to see him and his smile that makes my day seem so much brighter. He is a star for sure!
