“My only issue was the ordering. First, when I sign into the app it keeps on sending me a link to click to get back into the app, which is annoying. Second, I clicked through online based on a coupon and started ordering, but when I signed in the promo disappeared and I had to keep logging out and in to get it. The app needs to be improved.“

Wawa has always been My favorite fast convenience store, It blows 7Eleven, Quick Check, and Quick Stop out of the water. Hands down wawa wins all around !! The smoothies they make at WaWa are to die for. “wow, the best tacos anywhere in monmouth county! they were so full, the berria was delicious, and the fish taco was fresh local fluke, so good, almost a whole filet or more was in the 3 soft tacos, so good. also enjoyed the guac and chips platter that came with a tomatoe salsa and a mango salsa, so good. nice beer and wine selection. live music was great. sat inside due to weather. next time will try the outside bar.“

“ABOVE AND BEYOND...Today I made an error ordering on the kiosk and got an extra item I didn't want. I brought it to staff attention and a manager was summoned. I explained my mistake, half-expecting the manager to tell me that nothing could be done. To my delight, zhe remedied my problem with no second thought.

I've always been impressed with the customer service here. Compared to other local McDonald's, Shrewsbury Ave is the shining light on the mountain.

Kids play nicely in the playroom. The place is pretty clean. Orders are accurate.

“If I could give this zero stars I would. Absolutely HORRIFIC. The burrito my husband got tasted like literal chemicals. I tasted 1 black bean and it tasted like it was melted in burnt plastic. It literally could taste it for an hour in my mouth. He was dry heaving in the parking lot after 3 bites. He also was never greeted after 5 minutes of him standing there. I asked for a refund, not to make another toxic chemical burrito and they said they couldn’t do that. The best they can do is make him something else. I don’t want something else from your trash of an establishment. Totally unacceptable. Take my advice and go to another location.“

“Stopped in for lunch and they had a good selection of choices to pick from. I got the griot with sweet plantain and rice and peas. My husband likes all his food moist with sauce so we got some gravy from the chicken in sauce and it was so good. Good amount of heat in the sauce and the meat was fresh and not tough. The rice was fluffy and light and the plantains were a perfect match to the meat.We also got 2 chicken patties and 2 beef patties and they were ok. The meat to pastry ratio is off so you end up eating more pastry than meat which is disappointing. The meat had great flavor but they should make it smaller so the meat stands out more. The dough was buttery and flaky and had a good bite.Overall, it was a good experience. The customer service was a bit dry but polite.I would definitely go back to try more things and would recommend this spot for authentic Haitian food.“
