Great experience… I was warmly greeted by an employee when I walked in and then again by an employee named Karen , who delivered our food to our table. Thank you for your great customer service!
ABOVE AND BEYOND...Today I made an error ordering on the kiosk and got an extra item I didn't want. I brought it to staff attention and a manager was summoned. I explained my mistake, half-expecting the manager to tell me that nothing could be done. To my delight, zhe remedied my problem with no second thought.
I've always been impressed with the customer service here. Compared to other local McDonald's, Shrewsbury Ave is the shining light on the mountain.
