We have been here 4 times. Each time the service was great and the food was good. Definitely bar food but very good. Hamburgers, boneless wings and pizza were all very good. We’ll be back.

We came on a Saturday night, party of 8 for our friend’s birthday. It took our server at least ten minutes to stop by and take a drink order, and once she was ready, we were already ready for 2 drinks each. Appetizers arrived without silverware, plates or our server around. From then on anything we needed we flagged down a passing busser who was incredible btw. Our birthday girl received her dessert not only without silverware but also found a large piece of aluminum in it. We asked to see a manager finally and it was 15 minutes before anyone came over and we mentioned the dessert and poor service. The manager comped the dessert. We were charged auto gratuity of $78 for the server who was barely at the table. The worst part of the evening was on our way out when the server literally stepped in front of us trying to leave and confronted us for complaining about her service. I can’t imagine in which scenario that would be appropriate, it’s not like we stiffed her. She just made almost $80 off of us and then picked a fight with us. I can’t believe this place endorses this kind of behavior.

Nice atmosphere, service was fine. Food portions were hefty. My dish was okay but honestly I was hoping it would be better. I had the steak sandwich which was meh... The fries were good. I will revisit a 2nd time and try something different.

I had tuscan flatbread ... i thought it was a sandwich never had flat bread before. I am addicted. That was delicious Artichokes hearts with roasted peppers and provolone cheese... yummy. 😋
Also Loren at the front was such a delight .. she was so friendly and Happy to be there.... . Her energy was on fire... Thank you ... And you know the food's good, any food you get because it's packed jam packed all the time...

Love the new location and atmosphere. No issues except for the tap water they served were terrible and tasted like toxic burnt plastic. Please check the drinking water. I don't think it's potable.

Our server, Natale, was helpful, friendly, and attentive, promptly handling all our requests with the utmost professionalism. From Rose’s expert planning assistance to the final moments of dessert, the entire Polo’s Bar and Grill experience was nothing short of exceptional. We certainly are recommending Polo’s Bar and Grill to others and look forward to dining there in the near future.

The large selection of appetizers, entrees, and desserts provided something for everyone in our group of 18, and each guest thoroughly enjoyed their delicious meal. The spacious party room allowed both the children and the adults to not have to be seated throughout the party but walk around to socialize. The service we received was outstanding. Our server, Natale, was helpful, friendly, and attentive, promptly handling all our requests with the utmost professionalism. From Rose’s expert planning assistance to the final moments of dessert, the entire Polo’s Bar and Grill experience was nothing short of exceptional. We certainly are recommending Polo’s Bar and Grill to others and look forward to dining there in the near future.
