Great neighborhood bar! Plentiful easy food, friendly staff, great vibe!
The @OldPubClub had a great time tonight at the @StollStreetTav on Stoll Street in #NetcongNJ It opened in 1933 as Rae’s Tavern.
Around 2008, Annette and John McMahon bought it and renamed it to Anets Pub. Tom Flynn bought it in the recent past and renamed it to Stoll Street Tavern.

Stoll Street Tavern is a local dive bar with a real dive bar vibe, offering excellent food and service for very reasonable prices. The menu includes items like a roast beef sandwich “not that hungry” portion sloppy style, buffalo wings, cheese curds, a bacon cheeseburger, and french fries. The wings are crispy and well sauced with good flavor, and portions are generous. It is not your typical family friendly establishment but is a nice dive bar for those who don't want to spend a lot on a drink or be around a large crowd. They have a jukebox and a nice size bar, with a big, friendly, and respectful crowd sometimes at the bar. The staff is exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. While there is no outdoor seating, it remains a great local spot to get some drinks and food with friends, and is highly recommended. The new owner has maintained the atmosphere and charm while making improvements.
