Ive tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt multiple times , & each time they’ve let me down . You would think I stole someone’s man the way ALL my orders no matter what I get are burnt ..Please do better #AuntieAnnes !

Standard auntie ann’s, staff is always friendly. HOWEVER its always 10,000 degrees inside and the workers look like they might pass away from heat stroke. You would think that a large franchise like this cared more for its employees but I guess not. Crank that AC!!

AVOID THIS STORE ,TERRIBLE ,PRETZELS AND CINNABUN WERE BOTH STALE AND HARD AS A ROCK, DIDNT NOTICE TILL I GOT HOME. THEY ARE GIVING OUT THE OLD STUFF BUT YOURE PAYING FOR FRESH ONES. YOURE BETTER FLUSHING YOUR MONEY DOWN THE TOILET $18 FOR THREE HARD PRETZELS THAT WERE THROWN OUT. SEEMS OTHERS HAVE HAD THIS SAME PROBLEM HERE, SO THIS IS THEIR ROUTINE.

I arrived to this place at 9:45pm. Google informs that they close at 10 pm. I think thats wrong because I walked in at 9:45 and they said that they were closed but had a lot of product still in the warmer to sell. I think the workers prefer to take those home than to sell. Plus, they are extremely rude, especially that guy in the front.

This is by far the worst Auntie Anne's I have ever been too. The mini bread bits were stale and had no flavor. I complained to the AA staff at this location and he said no one has ever complained. He then said product is switch out every 20 minutes which is a lie. He tried giving me my money back but I walk out in disgust.. Never again don't go to this AA location unless you want old stale bread.

Got an original Cinnabon with pecans and it was delicious. Staff was really nice and even though it was packed they still got my order on it in a timely manner.

Ordered a pretzel dog. The outside was toasted but the dough on the inside was RAW!! Poor workplace hygiene.

On January 17th was my daughters bday and I wanted to surprise her with one of her favorite snacks when I arrived to Easton Ave New Brunswick location so go in side to order a few things and wanted a Cinnabon I asked for a bun out of the bottom tray and the worker lady in there told me I had to take the older much dryer less appetizing looking bun from the top tray and that it was company policies that I eat the older bun first before serving the fresher ones. I asked Can you show me that on your policy written or even anything posted inside the store she could not. When asked for management she could not provide the information she said she didn’t care. I also have video audio of this altercation that I’ll-be posting on Facebook & Twitter. I retrieved the number from the worker it’s been nearly two weeks noRespond that why i waited to post my review I’ve called corporate still no response from 1/17/23. Just imagine having a craving or wanting to surprise your kid with a little snack and this happens. I was being forced to purchase much older food than I wanted. How I have to wait wait for six buns to be sold before I could have the one I actually wanted smh please if you can help it I wouldn’t patron this place again.. Staff is rude and no concern for customers who spend or want to spend money there!!!
